Needed to overnight before picking up my rental car to head to the Atacama so I was only there for about 9 hours. Breakfast good. In fact, I have stayed in an Ibis before-you know what you get-clean/modern microtel that is hassle free.

My stay at this hotel was a miserable experience. It took close to an hour to be checked in - staff was incompetent with low degree of service. Changed rooms three times dues to broken air conditioners, dirty room, various other issues. The lobby itself had dripping water on its customers. It took hours to get the situation somewhat resolved finally by begging for a manager. Was unwilling to wait the 4 hours for ******* to assist. You can't put lipstick on a pig to make the pig nicer - that is like this hotel.

At the time of taking a shower the room was flooded, the water began to come out everywhere to such an extent that the clothes and suitcase got wet. It was very unpleasant since it was a waste of time to go down and go claim since there is no telephone in the room we had to go to take a shower in another room lousy stay I do not recommend it at all

Primero que todo no puede llam**** hotel sino mas bien residencial; es mas menos que eso, ya que es incomodo, lavamanos a un metro de la cama, ducha aparte del baño con un mi9nimo espacio ni siquiera para colgar una toalla, cama y almohadas de baja calidad.- Esta claro que si de mi depende no me quedaria allí, si en el hotel ibis

Mala experiencia en la elección, demasiados ruidos durante la noche, no pudimos descansar ni dormir, la ducha filtraba agua hacia el piso del baño, y el desayuno un caos, muchas delegaciones, el comedor no dio abasto para tantas personas, no había tazas ni vasos para servirte un café o jugo,pese a los reclamos nadie dijo nada, no lo recomiendo.

Estuvimos de vacaciones en febrero de 2022. El hotel es limpio pero las habitaciones diminutas. Apenas se puede entrar al baño y el lavamanos se encuentra afuera del mismo, en la habitación. Lo único bueno fue el desayuno, buffet y variado.
