Repeat visitor..very satisfied with booking, welcome, reception, room, food esp breakfast. Pools and pool area clean and well staffed. Aqua gym staff esp Samuel who gave a great workout for everyone in the pool today, all excellent. Samuel has photos of our Aquagym sessions.

We came from California and stayed for 1 week. Be prepared to be nickeled and dimed for everything. They only give you 6 towels and if you want more they will charge you. You only get 1 room key, if you want another you have to pay. You have to rent beach towels. Here is what you dont get in your room that would have been helpful: Coffee or filters, papertowels, dishwashing soap, kleenex, ice cube trays or a spatula, ice cube trays. they cleaning kit only comes with a sponge, a drying towel and 2 tablets to wash clothes. It's bare bones. If you have questions, feel free to message me.

Excellent location. Stunning cove and beach. Enjoyed the 164 steps down to the beach. Not so much coming back up . Resort clean and tidy . Apartments large and bright although a bit dated. Kids club on site . Samuel. And Lorenza. Keep the kids and adults amused. . Found all staff friendly. Breakfast was superb. And dinner had good choices. Was there for 14 days. Took a seven day half board. Option. Split over 14 days . A few bars and restaurants nearby Nix Nax. One by one. Good and reasonable prices. Sa Terressa. Bit more expensive. TiB. 505 leaves for Palma 5 times daily if you use a bank card it is cheaper. Onward travel to other resorts from bus station . A car is recommended if you want to tour island. We were happy using the bus. We will return.

An hour away from the main city Palma, it’s impossible to do any excursion offered by a tour company as none pick up from there. If you can’t walk down steep stairs (almost 200) to go to the small beach and don’t care for pools with a lot of kids, this place isn’t for you. The resort has 3 places to eat, 1 of which closes at 5pm (serves chicken and salads) and the other at 8pm. Other than that there are 3 other restaurants in the area and a bar/restaurant across the street from the hotel complex. There is absolutely nothing else to do in the area!

We had an amazing stay. Reception was amazing, Carlos and his Crew are hyper professional and always there when needed. The apartment is so large and very clean. There is also a Kids Club “Ona Kids” Lorenza and Samuel are so kind, my girls, especially the youngest can’t wait that they open in the morning and for the Kids Disco at 8PM. The breakfast and Dinner buffet is amazing. So much choice. Thank you so much to the whole team. It was I stay me and my girls will never forget

The residence is very well situated with a wonderful view on Cala Pi. This residence is situated in a very quiet area, is a bit old but well maintained, some renovation work would improve it a lot, e.g. new shutters. We had a two separate bedrooms appartement with a living room equipped with a sofa bed, and a small kitchen. The furniture were sparse, a bit old but all well maintained, some arm-chairs would have been appreciated in the living room. The appartement was opening on a terrasse with a direct access to the wonderful garden of the residence and the two swimming-pools & Jacuzzi. The persons at the reception were very nice and friendly as well as the cleaning ladies and the gardener.

We've been to Ona Cala Pi three times over the past ten years or so. Our last visit was around five years ago. The first time, in a top floor apartment with a roof terrace & BBQ, was excellent, the latter two, on lower floors, were pretty good. The furnishings were tired, but otherwise, the apartments were comfortable. The staff were excellent, very friendly & helpful. The on-site shop was small & expensive. You 100% need a car, there is a large supermarket a few miles back towards Palma & the island is well worth touring around. Cala Pi itself is very small & was short of restaurants & amenities, but that was also part if it's charm. The beach is reached down a lot of steepish steps and, more importantly, to get back to the apartments, those steps have to be retraced. However, it is worth the effort for the more able-bodied. Don't expect luxury & you should have an enjoyable seven day break, any longer would likely be too long, given the nature of the area.
