Amazing hotel! Excellent staff. But the best thing about the hotel is the amazing animation team they were the best I’ve ever seen especially Paige & Nacho. 😀

My mum, my partner and I recently stayed here with my 6-year-old son, Finn, and I felt compelled to write a review! More specifically about the entertainment team, because they truly made our holiday. The effort, energy, talent, and genuine care they put into their work was extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, they created an environment where children felt welcomed, included, and valued. What stood out most was that they didn't just look after the children as a group—they took the time to get to know them as individuals and made every child feel special, even the quiet ones! Finn is naturally quite shy and can take a while to come out of his shell, but throughout our stay I watched his confidence grow day by day. The team encouraged him, included him, and helped him feel comfortable enough to join in and make the most of the activities. Seeing him become more confident was one of the highlights of our holiday! They approached every activity with enthusiasm, patience, and kindness. It never felt like they were simply doing a job; they treated every child as though their happiness genuinely mattered to them. The entertainment itself was fantastic, but it was the people behind it who made the difference. Their dedication, positivity, and ability to connect with children is something special and should be recognised. They are a huge asset to the hotel and played a major part in making our holiday such a memorable experience. Thank you for helping Finn create wonderful memories and for giving him the confidence to try new things. We will remember your kindness long after the holiday is over. We will be back! At my son’s request!

Lovely clean hotel, we went all inclusive & as I generally find the food was good, not great. The hotel was clean everywhere & the staff were great. It was easy to get a sunbed every day, although you had to cue to get into the kids pool area every morning to get a sunbed. Evening entertainment was not great, the kids got bored. The steps up to the rooms were a bit of a pain especially with heavy suitcases at the start. Okay if you are on the ground floor, we weren’t

We're just on our way home after 9 amazing nights at Marsenses Fererra Blanca Family. We stayed in a suite which was a good size, with 2 twin beds and a double sofa bed. The air-conditioning was decent so we never had to turn it up to max. The balcony was big, although it was too hot to sit on it most days! The buffet was brilliant. There was always a good choice of foods, and even chips, pizza, and pasta for the pickiest eaters. There was also a snack bar after 11.30 where you could get burgers, chicke nuggets etc. The ice-creams were help-yourself so could just grab one when you fancied. The AI drinks were good too. Good range of cocktails and they were very strong! The Hugo spritz and Passionfruit Mojito were my personal favourites. It was only a short walk to other bats and restaurants, and then the centre of Cala D'Or and the harbour is only 15 mins walk away. Cala Ferrera Beach is beautiful. The sea was quite shallow so goid for kids to go in. All the beaches around Cala D'Or are lovely little coves. But the absolute best thing about the hotel is the staff. George on reception was an absolute legend. We arranged our trip to suprise some friends who had already booked to stay here, and George helped stall them when they checked in so that he could find us to help with the surprise. The Annimation team are really what make it. Ali and Armand had great energy to entertain adults and kids, but no one was ever pushy to make people join in the activities if you fidnt want to. They had archery, darts, volley ball, ping pong, aqua zumba.... It was our 2nd visit and so many other families had been before. There's a reason why they have so many returning guests.

We have not long been back from a week at Marsenses myself , wife and 2 kids aged 10 and 13. We stayed in Block G across from the bar and stage. All though the entertainment was on till around 10:30pm it was a great location we spent a couple of nights just standing on the walkway watching the entertainment. The rooms were nice and modern could have just done with some more pillows. The bathroom was slightly dated in the room we stayed in but I did have a look at another room which was really modern. Although we were very early in the season the atmosphere was brilliant not to busy at night an always plenty of staff on the bar ( very pleasant I must say ). One let down for me was the Food breakfast wasn’t being cooked fast enough so you always seemed to be stood around waiting for things , lunch for me was the best with plenty of choice , again Teatime had some good choices but you seemed to be waiting for things to come out and be cooked. The main thing that let the food down for me was it was not Hot enough in some cases it was cold or just warm. We did end up eating out at night around 5 times. The hotel was nice and clean and the staff would do anything to help you. The location is brilliant just a small walk to Fererra beach, there was a very nice little bar up the road called Marleys and just a 15min walk you were in the main area of Cala D’or where we had some amazing food and drinks the kids loved it. We did get a taxi one night which was around €10 one way for a taxi of 6 The Ting Ting, small electric road train was €19 one way but it was fun and we traveled the full route around the marina the kids loved it Overall we enjoyed the holiday it’s a beautiful place just a small let down was the food The price of food and drinks outside of the hotel is acceptable not much different to the UK beer being more expensive if anything Overall for what we payed for 4 people all inclusive it was well worth the money at just £1800.

The sensi crew who provide the entertainment for the children and adults are amazing really good fun and let everybody know what’s going on by going around the pools, and a screen with all the info on. Location is great with everything you need near by. Really nice time to go here on April . Rooms basic. Great value all inclusive food was exceptional. Clean and great service.

This hotel is not 4 star but an average 3 star. The food is poor quality and repetitive, the rooms are small and infested with ants. The pools are basic and there is very little to do for older children.

Upon arrival the issues started. The room was not ready for 3pm (which it should have been) so we had to sit in reception with two under 6 children for an hour while the cleaners finished. There was little by way of an apology from the reception team. We weren’t offered a drink or given any information about what we could do or where we could go in that period with our kids being tired and upset. The room was tiny, not suitable for a family of four and the sofa bed was uncomfortable to say the least. The air con (or should I say, blowers) work ok for the living area but not in the bedroom space adequately. The bedroom had an ant infestation which was addressed once but came back again during our stay. There is not enough wardrobe or hanging space for a family of four’s clothes so we lived out of suitcases - hardly comfortable. The bathroom was outdated with a broken shower head, little temperature control, loose and poor quality fittings, hard towels and for three days we had no water pressure intermittently. Not the standard you expect for 4 stars. The safe is chargeable - what 4 star hotel in the 21st century charges for the safe!? Room cleaning and bed turnover happens every other day which was disappointing, especially when you’ve been to the beach because you couldn’t get a space by the pool and the sand is everywhere. We ended up asking for cleaning equipment to do it ourselves - so relaxing! Pool/beach towels can only be changed three times a week and on one day the reception had no stock left so we went three days with dirty ones. The sunbed situation is a joke. There are not enough of them. Put more in! Especially in the kids splash area, there is a whole ***** of grass at the back where people started resorting to laying on the ground - not exactly the luxurious, relaxing experience for your customers on their expensive once a year holidays. The kids splash area is grim towards the end of the day with food and drink all over the floor, especially in the snack area. We didn’t observe any cleaning process happening during the day. I told my kids never to walk around without footwear on as it really was quite dirty. The lifeguards at the pools are useless. Long periods of times between change over where no one is attendance, especially the pool at the back. Lifeguards on their phones not paying attention, hiding in stairwells, sometimes standing a long way away and intermittently peering over the wall to check whether a child may have drowned etc. The food at the restaurant, while generally good quality, is limited in selection, repetitive and often understocked. The restaurant was also not clean at times. We noticed food all over the floor as staff often just brushed it off tables and the windows were disgusting, covered in stains and finger prints that weren’t cleaned once during our stay. Just buy some glass cleaner! Ultimately the hotel feels tired, unable to provide a genuinely relaxing experience, is not worthy of four stars

Extremely disappointing – nothing like it used to be This was our 5th time visiting, so we clearly loved this place enough to keep coming back. Unfortunately, this visit was by far the most disappointing, and we left feeling genuinely short-changed. The resort has changed dramatically, and in our opinion, many of those changes have been for the worse. When we arrived, we were told that half of the complex is now adults-only. We are a family of five with three children, so this immediately meant that a large part of the resort was no longer available to us. What makes this even more frustrating is that the old snack bar has now become an adults-only restaurant. This used to be one of the best parts of the resort, with fresh pizza being cooked throughout the day. That has now completely disappeared. The replacement snack bar by the children’s pool is a huge downgrade. The food is predominantly deep-fried, and pizzas were few and far between. For a 4-star resort, we expected much better food options, particularly when this used to be something the resort did extremely well. The evening entertainment was another major disappointment. On previous visits, there were professional shows and much more impressive entertainment. This time, it was largely in-house entertainment, which was nowhere near the standard we remember. One evening, the entertainment consisted of showing an animated Spider-Man film on a big outdoor screen. Quite frankly, that is not what we expect from a 4-star establishment, especially when we have previously experienced much better. Then there was the room. It simply wasn’t big enough for four people, and the sofa bed was incredibly uncomfortable. It got to the point where I was genuinely looking forward to getting home just so I could finally get a decent night’s sleep. That’s not how you want to feel after paying for a holiday. What makes all of this even more disappointing is that we knew what this resort used to offer. This wasn’t our first visit — it was our fifth. We have seen the resort at its best, which makes the decline even more noticeable. It now feels as though the resort has made significant changes without considering the experience of returning families. There needs to be a much better balance between adults and children, rather than taking away facilities that families previously enjoyed and replacing them with inferior alternatives. Sadly, after five visits, we will not be returning. We genuinely used to love this place and had always looked forward to coming back. This time, however, we left feeling disappointed, frustrated and, ultimately, like we had not received the experience we had paid for. A huge shame, because this used to be somewhere we would happily recommend. Sadly, we can no longer say that.
