Great place to stay, with friendly and helpful staff. The buffet was good, my suggestion would be a self serving pancake machine but maybe that’s too much to ask. Location is good, with a small but vibrant community where local restaurants give good choice for those staying in the area. Pool and other activities were also nice, personally I wish the indoor pool / jacuzzi had a little more heat, but I understand that I ant have it every way I would like. Would definitely stay again! This hotel should be a 2 star not 4 star. The place needs updating, bathroom is something from the 70s, no drawers in the room for storage. Set in the middle of an urbanisation with nothing around only a supermarket and plenty of closed down stores and restaurants. Dining is an experience, no hot plates at dinner time, join the queue for your meal whilst you wait for the meat/fish to be cooked. Once vegetables run out there are no more put out. Seems to be a shortage of staff to collect used plates or serve drinks. Pool area is dirty and dangerous with the edgings around the pool filthy and broken. Unless you hire a car or catch a bus everyday you are grounded. Never again will we go to this side of the island. Because of the above we came home 4 days early, first time ever.

we had a very enjoyable stay for 7 nights.The hotel staff were very nice and nothing was to much trouble for them.The cleaners did an admiral job on a daily basis. The food in the restaurant was fine and always plenty choice. we went half board but found drinks to be expensive in the resort anywhere up to 5 euros. all in all we enjoyed our stay and would return

We booked this property for 2 nights on half board basis. We were very nicely welcomed and got a nice room with a large balcony, overlooking the outdoor swimming pool. The room is spacious, the bedding comfortable and we appreciated to have a mini fridge and tea and coffee facily. The bathroom has a bathtub. The buffet for both lunch and dinner had a good selection of products and was of good quality. The hotel spa facilities open by 4pm and include an indoor swimming pool, a sauna, a steam room, massage showers and treatment rooms. The value for money is excellent.

Very nice hotel with very friendly and professional staff. The quality of breakfasts was really good for the price and the rooms were really clean. The swimming pool is pretty big and very clean. Live music almost every night. Thank you!

My daughter and I just got back from 7 days staying at the hotel and we had a lovely time. The hotel is spotless and the rooms have air conditioning and we didn't pay extra for it. Lovely balcony and room cleaned everyday. The food is delicious and plenty of choice. Breakfast drinks are included in your half board basis. Dinner had plenty of options and chef and staff really friendly. The pool is never busy with plenty of sunbeds. The pool bar has a lovely selection of reasonably priced food and drinks. The pizza is amazing. The nearby beach a bit smelly so we walked to Santandria beach and swam there. We also took the bus to Cala en Bosch and the marina and beach is amazing. The buses are clean, air conditioned and so reasonable. We went to Cuitedella twice, the first time we walked and then got the bus the next time. It's a lovely place to visit and look around with some gorgeous shops. The cathedral and Palace a must to see. I would definitely recommend if looking for some relaxation and peace and quiet.

We are six nights into our fourteen night half board stay and cannot fault this hotel. The rooms are lovely and clean with a bath and shower plus flat screen tv with some British channels and spacious balcony. The food is varied - everything you would expect for breakfast. For the evening meal starters have included muscles, prawns, smoked salmon, assortment of cheeses and cold meats, plus. Main meal choices include fish (tuna, sea bass, plaice, sole plus others) or meat (steak, lamb chops, roast pork, burger, etc) all cooked freshly plus many other dishes. Yes you have to wait a short time for the main meat/fish to be freshly cooked but worth it (hotel is busy and we have never had to wait very long). Puddings consist of various cakes, fresh fruit and ice cream. The food within the pre cooked hot containers is not as hot as we like, therefore, we make use of the microwave - one minute is all that is needed. The staff are very helpful and cannot do enough for you. The pool is kept lovely and clean, however, the overflow surround is slightly discoloured. The whole surface around the pool area is good to walk on - not slippery at all. We have used the public transport to get around the island and explore the two cities - very easy and on time. Cala Blanca is a quiet resort with limited facilities (a few supermarkets and several restaurants) - would recommend the half board option. Snack food and drink purchased at the hotel is roughly the same price as elsewhere. Very enjoyable.
