Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Especially the staff who wearing blue work uniform,they call him Benmen maybe,he was really supportive staff,he is super nice,he taught me how to call the driver on the Uber and not be tricked by the driver.Everything he can help.I felt thankful to him.Also location was quite and safe.They have updated my room,the room was great and big enough,every room have balcony.The design of hotel was excellent.and there are cafe,cinema,shops.It’s very convenient. I felt so comfortable to stayed in AL MASA hotel. I will choose here if i go to Cairo again

The hotel is a great place to recuperate and layover before flying out from Cairo International Airport. It’s easy to get to from terminal 3 via the link bridge. The staff are friendly especially Aziz who was exceptionally and helpful. We did a day trip before our flight in the AMs. The only problem is ordering an uber and getting it to come to the hotel lobby. I don’t know why but several drivers cancelled because the location picks up the arrival terminal instead of the hotel. The hotel has shuttles though that go to the city. Breakfast was also good and the staff was amazing. Peaceful atmosphere away from the airport lounges and chaos at the airport.

自埃及發生革命以來,這裏的遊客銳減,所以酒店業在苦苦掙扎(婚禮、訂婚、聚會等),所以開羅的大酒店幾乎晚上都會有些聚會噪音。不過酒店有不同朝向的房間,遠離噪音,如果晚上有噪音的話,可以將東西都放在一間房間,而去另一間房睡覺-問題解決得很好,而且客服很好。我對飲食有特殊要求,他們也解決得很好,跟酒店每間餐廳的大廚說明,所以可以給我們準備合適的食物。管理層隨時確保我們住得愉快,如果有任何小問題,他們會儘力想辦法解決。這點很重要,因為世界上沒什麼是完美的,如果酒店能做到這樣盡心盡責,那麼就已經很稱職了,這裏就是開羅一家這麼傑出的酒店。之前我們經常住Sofitel El Gezirah酒店,不過革命之後就變了,所以第一次來Fairmont體驗就這麼棒。我們在英國預訂阿爾法房間,房費很便宜,而且酒店的一切設施都非常好,絲毫不覺得任何方面價錢太貴。離開之前我們還申請成為Fairmont總統俱樂部會員,住宿期間可以享受免費WIFI,可以免費使用電腦,所以我強烈建議你也這麼做,否則的話WIFI費用很貴。退房之後到機場以後,我們發現落了一樣東西在酒店,值班經理(Mahmoud Abd El Aziz)馬上拍了一名司機快速地將東西送到機場給我們-這樣的服務真是棒。他們甚至沒向我們收費(當然我們給司機小費了),但是這樣絲毫不索取的服務態度真是令我們感動,尤其在埃及索取小費成風。酒店員工從來不會讓我們覺得不舒服,這跟其它五星級酒店很不同,那裡員工服務都是要求小費的。很多員工都很優秀,儘管我們記不清他們所有人的名字(我們應該寫下來),不過我們記得在天空泳池的一名員工,Emad Girgis(我覺得他應該是領班)在客服方面真的非常出色,讓我們感覺很受歡迎,滿足我們所有要求-他絕對無可挑剔。雖然治安很嚴,但這是個優點。我唯一的小不滿是SPA,任何服務都需要提前24小時預訂,不能在早上興之所至地過去做個服務。(那裡一共衹有3名理療師,儘管SPA很大很漂亮)。不過如果你一切都安排得很有條理的話,至少提前一天預訂,應該沒有任何問題。總之,住得很愉快,這家酒店經營非常好。這裏的客服也沒得說。在酒店可以坐打表的出租車,所以價錢也不貴,不過司機有時候可能會繞圈)我們第一天就發現了,計程器上顯示的距離比酒店告訴我們的多了一倍,而且回程時坐的另一輛出租車便宜很多)。所以我們跟願意出酒店之後在街邊攔一輛出租車,商量好價錢,這樣就能在最短的時間內到我們想去的地方。如果頭兩三輛出租車要價很高的話,也別灰心,出租車太多了,一定會等到價錢合理的出租車的。

I like this hotel because of the location. It has a small pool but unfortunately pigeons love the pool as much as a customers and I don't like pigeons. They need to do something to limit the number of pigeons that like to drink the pool water. There is a machine that you can buy that pigeons hate the sound of and the people can't hear. The rooms are a bit small but they gave me a room where I could see the Nile the Ritz-Carlton and the Egyptian museum so ask for room at the end of the building. Staff is top-notch and goes out of their way to help you. Don't book tourist from the concierge it's a rip off. I've stayed at this hotel three times because of the location and the professionalism of the staff.

Room service takes 3 hours to bring just one towel. I picked a king bed and i got a twin bed :) None of the days did they come clean the room and i asked for them to clean the room

We arrived to Cairo to stay at the marriot hotel, a former beautiful palace. Unfortunately and even though we were given a really nice garden view room, we had some problems (noises) with the bathroom pipes during the night. Nevertheless the following day we explained the problem and we were not only changed without any question but offered an even better room! Thanks Qamar for all your help! This is what a 5 star hotel should be!

What an amazing and luxurious hotel it is. We enjoyed our one week stay and had one of the best experiences ever in Cairo. It all started with meeting Nabil the doorman with his beautiful smile and then with Yousef at the reception desk who helped us with our check in. Mostafa and Arafa from the house keeping, made our stay amazing with paying attention to details with their beautiful smile and attitude. Also Ibrahim as well made it a pleasant experience. To top it up Hashem the house keeping supervisor also made sure our needs are met and everything is to our liking. Abdullah El Sayed, ohhh ohhh what an amazing guy he is. Every morning made sure we are taken care off from our coffee, juices to making sure I have my specialty Egyptian breakfast made up to my likings. Fresh Iskandarani fool, taameya and to top it up feeteer meshaltet with 3assal. WOWWWW. Abdullah made sure to remember my type of coffee without asking (decaf coffee). Also Amr did an amazing job taking care of us when Abdullah is serving other tables. Sayed Farouk the lounge supervisor also made sure to receive our feedback with a great attitude and smile and we really enjoyed our conversation with him. Ayman, with his amazing smile and shisha, always made sure we are hooked the whole evening and with our couple visits to the restaurant. The pool team were unbelievable from Mohamad to Ayman with all the time amazing smile to Sameh at the aqua restaurant. These guys made our stay at the pool so great with paying attention to everything we need. The spa team were also amazing from Lobna to captain Hassan. The service was more than we asked for. Sameh Mahrous, what an amazing person he is with his beautiful smile and great talk we had. He is always there every afternoon at the lobby taking care of the customers and their needs. To top it up, we also received a follow up phone call from the hotel after 2 days to make sure we were satisfied with our stay. The Nile Ritz-Carlton Cairo is an amazing hotel with top notch service. Keep it up team and I hope to see you all again very soon.

A wonderful stay with a caring professional staff. The location is also amazing, walking distance to the Egyptian Museum, Zamalek, and Tahrir square. The salad bar has four sides of Taiquan™ vegetable leaves, four pots for hot dishes and only one meat dish. The sausages are real starchy sausages that would be disgusted by children even if they sold grilled sausages at the entrance of an elementary school. The juice is packaged, the bread is dry, and the pancakes are average. Between being incompetent and not doing it well, the fruits purchased by Guoqie seem to be deliberately smashing the Egyptian agricultural sign (to be honest, how do you buy non-sweet watermelons in Egypt? Huh?), all the things that can be eaten in the breakfast room Just cereal, milk, coffee, boiled eggs and fried eggs I know that your restaurant on the M floor cannot be opened, but the unusual products are a bit too much. If I learn from your airport store, I will not deduct two points for service.

The hotel ratings were not very good, and some people said that the attitude was not good. After I went there, I felt that everything was good. It is right by the Nile River. It was very pleasant to eat by the river and enjoy the breeze at night. The service was also very good. The staff were all smiling and basically agreed to any request. Although the hotel has been open for a long time, there was no odor in the room and the upper floors were also very beautiful. Five-star praise!
