The room is too small doesn't reflect to the photo on the platform, they also don't clean the room daily as it suppose to be, please take action.

Very good breakfast, quiet and superior location. Clean. The elevator doesn’t work 15.00-17.00. Remember that 5 floors. Definitely recommended.

Absolutely shockingly bad stay clear

Treatment is bad and there is not enough cleanliness

The staff is very nice. It's a very good hotel. I like it very much. It's convenient to buy food and drinks downstairs. There are clothes shops downstairs. It's lively and not remote. It comes with breakfast and charging is also convenient.

It feels very exotic, and you can experience the different customs and practices of the old town. The area nearby is also very lively, and the architecture is very distinctive. It was a very special stay, niceeeee!

Bad attitude during renovation

The experience of this hotel is extremely bad. The luggage attendant dragged the suitcase directly on the high steps and scratched the suitcase. When checking in, we were told to go to the front desk to register for breakfast every morning. The boy on the first day was nice and brought breakfast quickly. But the little girl at the front desk in the following days also had a bad attitude. The breakfast was registered at 8:30 but it was not delivered until after 10 o'clock. Eating the breakfast that I paid for felt like a beggar. Definitely not recommended!

There are so many mosquitoes that I hardly sleep here. I have to fight mosquitoes every night. The hygiene is also very bad. I don't know what the point of living here is. Even the most basic sleep is not guaranteed. This place can't be called a hotel or guesthouse. It's a garbage dump!!!

There are many banks nearby. It is convenient to withdraw money. There is a very large bank.

The room was terrible. There were no bath towels, no slippers, no teapot, no purified water. I asked the front desk for purified water several times but they didn't give it to me. Finally, they brought it to me after 10pm, but I had to pay for it. I don't recommend this kind of hotel.

Very convenient location to go to other places, it is better to plan a trip.

Service: The owner and staff of the store were very enthusiastic and helped me exchange Egyptian currency and introduced local tourist attractions, which made me feel like home.
