Victoria Hotel Cairo

We arrived very very early in morning because of delayed flight but the check in was seamless and room was ready and we managed breakfast. Cleanliness is excellent for its style and location which we enjoyed very much. Location is perfect if you want to feel for real non tourist Cairo and all major points of interest are walkable distances. It’s not the Hilton or Ritz but it is somewhere where you will feel at home. Due to cultural differences you might want to stock up on tissue rolls and bottles 😅. Hi recommended and will stay again without any thought. The staff at Breakfast were especially warm and welcoming at every breakfast and the one dinner we had there, thank you Fouad.

Victoria Hotel Cairo review info is a scam where the hotel used a fake status of a Malaysian to give reviews that the hotel is good and recommended. Apparently the hotel ambiance is creepy and the interior looks old & dusty as such no maintenance at all. Looks like an abundant building that the hotel owner uses to continue operate as a hotel. It is sad that trip.com didn’t monitor validity and genuineness of the hotel reviews.

Good hotel, we came back for another night. It’s is not your high end hotel but clean and tidy and the staff can’t do enough for you. Breakfast is the same everywhere in Egypt, so nothing different there. It is located near the railway station but is on the edge of the night markets that stretch from there to Bab El Nasr (The old city gate) Very wonderful walk from the hotel to the Old City Gate
