The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was comfortable. Highly recommend and will definitely be returning

I had a bad experience with this hotel. I paid for double superior room, but was given standard room instead. The toilet seat wasn’t attached properly to the floor and when flushing, it leaked out and smelled bad.
However, when checking out, they admitted that they were wrong by giving me different room category, and promised to compensate when booking with them again. I booked a stay again later on. However, when arriving to check in, they had me waiting for 2 hours due to fixing the LED light.
Overall, unorganized and unprofessional service.

When I first checked in, I almost collapsed. The door and toilet were so broken that I wanted to escape. Later, I contacted Ctrip and they helped me to change to a bigger house. Only then did I think about the room type I booked. Otherwise, I really couldn't stay there for a minute.

Because some floors are under renovation, there are construction noises. I called the front desk and it was handled in half an hour. There was also a lot of dust due to the renovations. But overall it was quite welcoming and the transportation was convenient, so I chose to stay for three or four nights.

Good location, polite staff, simple but tasty buffet breakfasts. The room was old but cozy. The only thing that spoiled the good impression was the hair on the sheet (********?), it was very unpleasant.

Disposable slippers and toothbrushes are not provided, you need to bring your own. The location is OK in downtown. Breakfast is OK for this price. The room facilities are a bit old.
