The views are nice, and the facilities are ample, including free shared cutlery, kitchenware, a fridge, a swimming pool, and a yard. The only downside is there are quite a few mosquitoes. It's great for sunbathing during the day, and overall, it's pretty good for a hostel.

The instructions for late check-in were very clear. The room was clean and relatively quiet. The location is right in the city center, making it convenient to get everywhere. The atmosphere was also good.

Great environment, convenient transportation, and excellent service. The air conditioning was powerful, and the front desk staff were very friendly.

Even though the room was nearby the stairs I did not hear noise from people passing by and had a good sleep • shared bathroom was cleaned meticulously. • amenities: they have a pool which is really nice and the inner courtyard is quite comfortable and has space to interact with other guests as well to just chill • location: 15 min taxi from the airport (only way to go to the airport) 10 min walk from the train station and 15 min walk to the seaside. There are few restaurants and a supermarket in front of the hostel • staff: kind an supportive my background: I travel 320 days a year since 8 years staying in all range of accomodation from hostel to 5star. Clean and tidy. Great staff and the kitchen is generally really clean. Great if you are looking for a quieter hostel and not such a party one.

The hotel's location is excellent, right opposite a large supermarket, making shopping incredibly convenient. It's well-equipped, safe, and clean. This is the best value-for-money hostel I've stayed at in Australia.

This hostel offers standard facilities, including a large kitchen. The rooms are small with basic amenities and air conditioning. The kitchen and bathrooms could be cleaner. The courtyard has a small pool and plenty of tables and chairs, making it a great spot for young people to socialize. My room's door lock was faulty and couldn't be fixed even after half a day, so I was moved to a different room on the second day. There was a mix-up because the power outlets were in different locations in the two rooms, and I couldn't find them at first. The staff and supervisor on the check-in day were very helpful. However, the staff member who handled my room change was quite slow and unhelpful. I had to pack all my belongings and carry all my bags to the office to complete the room change. I stood there with heavy bags while she slowly processed everything on the computer for over ten minutes. Just as I turned around to find a place to put my luggage, she said it was done. Then, once I was in the new room, I couldn't find the power outlets, which really put me in a bad mood.

The location is convenient

Nice location, and the hostel was really nice with the pool.

I arrived outside of check-in hours, which I called in advance about. They give you a key via a lock, unfortunately the key did not work for my room. It was after midnight so I could not reach anyone via e-mail or phone. Eventuelly another guest helped me and directed me to the call for after hours help outside the gate. Then, they re-activated my key. It was resolved, but very stressful and annoying to a female solo traveller. Also no apologies or anything. I specifically called in advance to make sure check-in would still be possible and still this happens. The directions to my specific room were also a bit unclear. There was a sign for room Numbers 100-200 but the sign for 300-400 was more hidden. I booked a private room. Room was clean enough for a hostel and there is AC. Bed not great, bit lumpy, but fine for a hostel. Glad I only stayed one night (or half a night realistically). Shower was okay. Just arrive during check-in hours and you should be fine. It seems like a decent, clean hostel in a good central location. I am assuming that I just got unlucky with the key.
