The service was excellent. They offer a special luggage storage service if you arrive early, and even a place to shower, which is very thoughtful. They specifically helped me choose a quiet room as requested, which was very nice. There's a small pool in the courtyard, which is great. The facilities are also quite good.

The room was quite clean, with a private balcony. There's a pool downstairs, and the breakfast selection was decent. Getting around was convenient; it was a $20 taxi ride to the airport, and the beach and pier were just a fifteen-minute walk away. There are many dining options nearby, and both a weekend market and night market are available.

The toilet and bathroom weren't very clean, but the reception staff were all bright and friendly. Cafes and tourist spots were all within walking distance, and other Cairns attractions were accessible by nearby bus.

The accessibility was great, and I had no trouble getting to the places I wanted to visit! I read in reviews that there were Japanese staff members, but I didn't get to meet any during my stay. However, even though we're not good at English, the other staff members were incredibly kind and spoke to us very nicely, which we really appreciated! Thank you very much!

The breakfast always had hot dishes and was absolutely delicious. You could choose whether or not to have daily room service, and if you declined, you'd receive $10 credit to use at the hotel each day. This time, I opted for daily room service, but it was disappointing that on some days, towels weren't replaced or used glasses weren't swapped out.

If you stay multiple nights, you can opt out of room cleaning for a $10/night service credit. We used this to get water and juice, which was very helpful. There were also Japanese-speaking staff who gave us great recommendations for cafes and other spots.

The staff were all kind, cheerful, and made our stay very comfortable. We also really appreciated being able to use the pool and BBQ grill for free. On the other hand, the amenities were a bit sparse. There weren't any toothbrushes provided, so I recommend bringing your own.

This hotel is centrally located in Cairns, offering excellent access to cafes, restaurants, shopping centers, and the lagoon, all within a 20-minute walk! It was also relatively inexpensive compared to other options in Cairns. The room was clean, and the bathroom facilities were spotless. Regarding amenities, there's no toothbrush provided, so it's a good idea to bring your own. The hotel has a pool, so you can enjoy yourselves on-site. Plus, there's a service where you can skip daily housekeeping for extended stays and receive a 10A$ credit per night, which we used to get free breakfast! There are Japanese-speaking staff members, and everyone was incredibly lovely!

The facilities are basic; you need to bring your own shower gel. No elevator is inconvenient. Staff are friendly, and there's a free BBQ grill. Laundry and dryer each cost 4 AUD. The location is decent; it's a 15-minute walk to the night market and supermarket.
