The hotel exceeded our expectations. An extremely organized and high-quality hotel with friendly, cordial and smiling staff who do their job professionally. The buffet food at breakfast and dinner is varied, fresh, tasty and well prepared and above average for a 3-star hotel. Various activities are organized every day. The environment of the hotel is pleasant, calm and extremely relaxing. A beautiful promenade by the sea leads to the town of Novigrad We definitely plan to return to this place.

I came alone without booking in Novigrad, the hotel spoke to me. After a brief conversation with a staff member, I could rent another room, unfortunately without balcony and without sea view. I would say myself guilt if you go without booking. The room was clean and spacious, for one person anyway. Breakfast is completely enough for me as a small food, but the choice is limited to 4qm. The quality is in order. The staff is very friendly. Bade facilities are sufficient from 15m from the hotel. In general, for 3 days are completely in order and sufficient. Unfortunately, I still had to pay the price for 2 people in the double room.

Just returned from a beautiful holiday visited this hotel several years ago now !loved it then and still do! About an hour distance from airport which to be honest went quickly due to the beautiful scenery! Hospitality is wonderful by all in Novigrad !even at one of the local banks where we managed to exchange the kunas we’d accumulated over the years ! there was no problem at all at the bank to exchange to euros! With no charge! Hotel was in a beautiful location a great walk into the town managed to do at least 10000 steps a day we so earnt a few beers and beautiful lunch in novigrad!Watch out for mosquitoes they really are out and about at the moment! As for the hotel the service was excellent! The restaurant never disappointed and the rooms were kept spotless ! Thankyou hotel maestral we will be back! A truly class holiday!!

My husband and I came to do the Parenzana (biking trip) from Muggia to Pula with “Visit Good Place”. On our third day, we were to spend the night at the “B & B Artigiana”. Everything was perfect, the comfort, the cleanliness and the quality breakfast, which was varied and ample. Ben, Wijaya and Rita were running the place for the summer and did a fantastic job. They worked hard and aimed to attend to our every need in a most charming way! Would definitely return!

We required some room facilities through hotel application form but it seems nobody reads this. Also the receptionist didn't inform us about additional facilities we can use so we had to remind him. Restaurant food is ok but there is a feeling that there is not enough stuff and that they cannot prepare tables on time. The room was ok but needs renovation. Cooling unit was leaking and during the first night ceiling fell on the floor and we had water all over. Hotel reacted fast and during our breakfast they repaired the ceiling. After repairing water was steel pouring from the climate but ceiling didn't fall again during our stay. Room was cleaned every day and that was ok. Last day we spotted cockroaches on the floor.
