We were first in the hotel at the city park in Buxtehude and the hotel has been convinced from the beginning. So the booking by telephone was uncomplicated and very familiar. I was even called again and we could offer another day we liked to take. The check-in was wonderfully smooth when I arrived later, as I received all the necessary information on my email address as well as the key safe. Our room was excellent, beautifully furnished, with very good beds and all the facilities you need. All has worked excellently. Prices are absolutely appropriate and fair. On request there is also a deep garage space. Breakfast is very good and recommend – with many local components! The staff is very friendly and meets every wish so you feel well from the beginning. The good first impression of the phone has been confirmed and passed through our stay of a week. The location is very good for a stay in Buxtehude, you get everything walking. Our conclusion: Great hosts – We're coming back!
