Itโs a great place to stay.... Staff were friendly caring and pleasant, starting from the reception. Meals are very good and delicious...
Rooms are warm while outside is very cool. Well maintained hospital. I highly recommend the hotel for locals and foreigners. I would probably choose Orient hotel next time as I have experience warm welcomes of the staff, excellent service and pleasantness of hotel crew.

The room space is quite large, but unfortunately the wifi can not log in, the bathroom shower does not have water, it is a furnishing. Not recommended to stay at this hotel, high quality

The hotel is just good. The blankets are too thin and can't help out with the AC's temperature. The AC has no remote so as the TV... There were cockroaches in the toilet and the drainage in the shower stocks up.
But the location is ๐. Breakfast is just okay.

CChary Prochina the travelling Real state agentI book two rooms when i was there.
The first room their bathroom stuck up and it takes almost an hour the maintenance to come we have to call a couple of times.
Our 2nd room the AC is not working in the middle of the night we have to transfer to other rooms.
The bathroom sink is not properly elevated so when in was showering The water stuck up..
Its like a flooded bathroom ,gross.
But i love the food the service people and the receptionist they so great.
I think their rooms needs improvement.

BBeach BudI had a comfortable stay, even just for a night , the rooms and bathrooms are clean and neat...I should have stayed longer but I have ti leave to travel to siargao...the staffs are courteous and helpful the only thing is there is not much food choices when I peek at their breakfast buffet but you can take just one ride to the mall where you can find places to eat and shop, over all, it's very good , will surely book again at the same place if ever I will stay in butuan again.

AAlexCraigI enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Everything was perfectly ideal and conveniently located. I highly recommend this hotel for all. All under one roof, shopping, dinning, bar, cafe, bank, ATM banking, fast food court, variety of western food to choose and choices of transportation for near and far including taxi, busses, coaches, jeepi, tracicles and bikes. nearby massage parlors etc.

MMarius12345The boutique hotel provides decent accommodation in Butuan. However, the indoor air quality was a major concern for us. The windows on the second floor are locked, and there is no possibility of proper room ventilation. When we arrived, the room smelled strongly of scented cleaning products, and one could feel the VOCs irritating the nose and airways. The room does not provide face towels, and if you ask for one, you can rent it for 70 pesos per day. Toiletries were provided upon arrival, but we did not receive more toothpaste when the small initial one ran out, nor additional soap. Several times a day, there are power blackouts, usually lasting only a few minutes. Overall, the place falls short in terms of hospitality and indoor air quality. On the positive side, it is clean, the room is spacious, and the air conditioning works well.
