Park Hyatt Busan is located in the Haeundae district of Busan, to the North of Busan Station. Getting here cost about 20,000 KRW by taxi.
While the hotel is located somewhat far from some of the major tourist attractions like Gamcheon village, the amenities and the service of this hotel were absolutely impeccable.
From the moment we alighted from the taxi, porters took our luggage bags and we were whisked to the hotel lobby on the 30th floor. The elevator doors opened to an expansive and impressive view of Busan.
The standard deluxe room was very spacious for 2 persons, clean, and luxurious. Everything felt very modern. The sockets were also international, obviating the need for adaptors. The views from the room were fantastic too. The bathroom comes with 2 sinks, a shower equipped with Le Labo soaps, and a bath tub. The toilet was equipped with a Toto Japanese bidet.
We will definitely return if we are ever back in Busan.

We stayed in Park family suite and it suited us well for three of us. Room is spacious and breakfast is also excellent.

We booked a room overlooking the yacht club. It was spacious and ideal for a couple. Loved the Bose speaker provided! All staff from front desk to restaurant & concierge provided excellent service. Room service was great too with a varied menu. Location wise, it’s not really central to Haeundae beach restaurants & hub (we used taxi but also walked, around 25mins). But this also means it’s more restful when you return after a day’s activities.

During my trip in south korea, I stayed in 3 city and 4 five stars hotels. I think Park Hyatt Busan is the best among them. The Park Hyatt Busan service is perfect and very considerate with the guests' need. Their food are great and their service team is the best among the others five stars hotels where I stayed during my last trip in south korea. The Park Hyatt Staff found that I lost my voice due to the continuous coughing so that they prepared some ginger tea for me. My room's view is also perfect (photos attached). I have a direct view to the bridge and marina. The most important thing is their staff speak perfect English and do the check in/out process efficiently. Their foods are also great (I've tried 3 in room dining menu). Compare to the other 5 star hotels that I stayed in South Korea, I think Park Hyatt Busan has the best price to value score.
The downside is just it's location. It's not really a walking distance to the crowd center in Busan. I was good with that since i really enjoyed my room and didn't really want to leave it.
If you go to Busan, you really really need to stay in this hotel and book the room with the bridge and marina view.

The room was spacious enough and all the staffs were very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the nice view from gym and bar.
