We loved it here so much!!! It’s like a little apartment to yourself. I stayed here with a friend and it’s super convinient to get to. Just a 1-2mins walk from the metro! They have a kitchen, utensils, chill area with table and chairs. Even a full sized fridge and washer. It was super comfortable and I wished we stayed longer! saw that they have some other branches around korea, definitely need to give it a try. Super seamless check in and check out too, everything automated virtually.

Good location in close proximity to 3 subway accesses to Seomyeon station and Bujeon market bus stops. Traveller with heavy luggage can use the elevator at exit 12. Efficient service provided by the hotel staff even though communication is via email.

It’s so convenient to travel everywhere in Busan. Near the airport, from train and bus station. Night life and great food! Worth it!

overall, it's a good hotel. But the manuals for the use of the facilities are not clear. We don't know if the temperature of the water can be adjusted. We had the cold shower on the first night stay. It wasn't very pleasant on cold weather in December. There were fire alarm bells ringing at 4am by mistake. Everyone had to rush out of the building, there were no staff to come out to help people, and the emergency broadcast only by Korean. It's a bit chaotic.

Stayed here in early December. It’s an apartment-style space with all the essentials like a washing machine, clothes hangers, liquid detergent, hair dryer, etc. The room heater is adjustable, which was nice. The stay was really comfortable. I received the check-in details on the day of arrival. The public toilets on the first floor require a passcode, which you need to request from the owner.
The location is conveniently close to Seomyeon Line 1/2. Great location.
The only downside is the luggage area. Since it’s a self-managed room, no one helps with organizing, so it can be tricky to fit all luggage. Some luggage might get stuck in the far corner and be too heavy to move around easily, so it's important to be mindful of ur luggage.

Really nice room in good location in Busan. Right next to the metro exit. Lots of shops and restaurants around. Nice that there is luggage storage. The fridge however made a loud noise that disturbed us a lot throughout the night. Otherwise really nice studio for a few days.

Best stay so far in Korea. Clean and good location. I wish the booklet explained where the towels are. Having a gym would make this place 10/10.

Loved my stay, very convenient location, convenience store right in the building only thing would recommend is alrzady storing kitchen paper and toilet paper
