Lavalse Hotel

Amazing views and a really unique hotel experience! Lavalse Hotel is a really cool place to stay. One of the things I loved most is the view the hotel is one of the taller buildings in the area, and because it’s located on an island, you get a completely different perspective of Busan. From the room, you can see beautiful buildings, the harbor in the distance, and the city scenery from a higher elevation. Waking up to that view was definitely the highlight of my stay. The hotel is very clean, modern, and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They also have a breakfast buffet on the 3rd floor. The variety is pretty good, and the price was around 100 RMB per person, which I thought was reasonable for a hotel buffet. Another fun detail: the bathroom products (lotion, shampoo, conditioner, etc.) are really good quality. They are from Spain, and you can actually buy the products downstairs on the first floor if you like them. Nice little surprise for people who enjoy hotel-quality products. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at Lavalse Hotel. Great views, great location, clean rooms, and friendly service. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Busan especially if you love waking up to a beautiful city and harbor view!

The only downside is that the standard rooms and the bathrooms are quite small. It can be a tight squeeze if you have multiple large suitcases, and the bathroom design (lacking a proper shower separator in some rooms) meant the floor got quite wet. The elevators can also be a bit slow during peak times. Overall, a great base for exploring Busan, just manage your expectations regarding room size!

Amenities The hotel offers a comfortable stay with well-maintained facilities. While the room size for three persons is slightly compact, it is still cozy and functional enough for a pleasant stay. Location The surrounding area is relatively quiet with limited amenities nearby. However, it is conveniently located about 10–15 minutes away from both Lotte Mart and Nampo Station, making it easy to access shopping and public transport. Cleanliness The hotel is clean and well-kept, which adds to the overall comfort of the stay. Housekeeping maintains a high standard throughout. Service (Special Mention) A special commendation goes to Mr. Park from the service staff. He was extremely helpful in assisting with booking a cab and handling luggage efficiently. His professionalism and resourcefulness truly enhanced the overall experience. Overall A clean and comfortable hotel with good service. Despite minor limitations in room size and nearby amenities, the excellent staff support—especially from Mr. Park—makes it a worthwhile stay in Busan.
