I really liked the hotel but there where certain things that need improvement but the view was great

everything was nice, clean and very comfortable. the location is great and the staff was very helpful.

This is always my go-to place when I'm on a business trip.

Very spacious room. There’s partial view of the city from the window. Very clean, tidy and includes shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Friendly receptionist who kept me keep my luggage before check in time. I especially like the bath tub and table, good to relax after work. There’s public wifi in the room and at the lobby.

The cleaning wasn't very thorough, as there were various packaging lids left by the previous guest next to the sink. Be careful where you go, as there's no subway station nearby! It takes half an hour by bus to get to the nearest station! However, this doesn't stop me from loving taking the bus; Busan buses are very convenient. The staff service was good; they provided translation software to communicate with guests. Amenities and bottled water were unlimited. I was grateful to be given a bathtub room; I bought four bath bombs and used them several times, the water pressure and hot water were very consistent. The beach is just a short walk away, and there are many restaurants nearby; the bus service is frequent, which is great. The room was large with a beach view; the sofa was a bit short, but the bed was very comfortable.

It's nice because it's quiet and the room is nice. The only downside is that it's not right on the beach, but other than that, it's all good.

It was nice to have a direct view of the ocean... The staff were friendly, too, so I had a relaxing time.

I saw a lot of reviews mentioning cleanliness. Overall, it was clean, and the staff was friendly. The soundproofing was also quite good. However, because it's located on Songjeong Road, you can hear the noise of bikers at night.

I often use the Brown Dot chain when I'm on business trips, but the Songjeong branch is outdated compared to other branches.
