Lotte Hotel Busan

The room was spacious, clean, and tidy with excellent hygiene. The hotel's location is superb, making it very convenient for getting around. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options.

I will definitely choose to stay here again next time.

Amenities: The facilities are comprehensive, with everything you could need, including a large gym, two swimming pools, a bar, and various shops. Hygiene: Spotlessly clean, hygiene gets full marks. Environment: Great location right next to Seomyeon subway station, making it convenient to get anywhere. Service: The service attitude is excellent. The staff are polite and speak fluent English, so communication is seamless. Small drawbacks: You have to pay extra to use the pools, which is a bit inconvenient. It also gets very crowded on weekends, so expect to queue for check-in. Otherwise, everything else is great.

Satisfied! The hygiene was great, and the pools (both indoor and outdoor) were very clean. The hotel has direct access to Lotte Department Store, and there's an Olive Young right across the street.

The room was spacious and the location was fantastic, right above Lotte Department Store. Waking up and being able to go shopping every day was super convenient. There are also many eateries and clinics nearby, and it's quite close to Haeundae. The staff were very professional, and there were many beautiful ladies, haha! I'll definitely be back next time.

The shampoo, shower gel, body lotion, and hand soap at this hotel smell amazing! You can even buy them in the lobby to take home. Just a heads up, the hotel doesn't provide complimentary toothbrushes; you'll need to purchase one. It's super convenient for shopping as it's connected to Lotte Department Store, and with direct access to Seomyeon transfer station, the transportation is incredibly convenient.

I've stayed here many times, and I always choose this place. It's conveniently located, and everything is just so easy.

After all, it's a branded hotel. The Lotte Hotel lobby is grand and upscale, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable, bright, and clean. The location is excellent, with a subway station nearby for easy travel, and it's not far from Busan KTX Station or the airport. There's a convenience store across the street for easy access to food. Plenty of restaurants are right next door, making dining very convenient. The Lotte Duty-Free Shop is also right there, perfect for shopping. The only downside was that I couldn't find a TV channel to watch the World Cup.

The room facilities were awful. The hotel is really old. The lights were so dim, it was like they weren't even on. The power outlets couldn't even accommodate a travel adapter – what kind of outdated design is that? Even in the basic room, you can't use the pool. While the location is indeed good, everything else was really disappointing.
