Hyatt Place Busan Yeonsan

Close to the subway station's elevator exit. The room was very clean and tidy, and the fish and chips I got to-go for dinner were delicious. I was very satisfied!

I was a bit confused at first because the hotel shared the same photos and address as Hotel HLB, but it turned out to be split into upper and lower floors. The hotel itself is clean, and so is the room. While it's a twin room and not huge, it's compact, comfortable, and well-organized. I had read some reviews mentioning noise, so I requested a quiet room several times, and perhaps because of that, I had absolutely no issues. I stayed here for BTS Festa, and seeing the purple BTS balloons in the lobby really lifted my spirits 💜. I'd love to stay here again!

This was a wonderful hotel. The staff were very helpful, and the room was impeccably clean. I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

Facilities: The hotel is quite new, and the rooms are relatively spacious for South Korea, offering great value for money. Cleanliness: There was some dirt under the bed, but generally, you wouldn't move the bed anyway. Environment: The lobby is very clean, and the garden area for luggage storage is also tidy. Service: Replenishment of consumables was not prompt, but the front desk staff had a very good attitude.

Fantastic place to stay! The rooms are spacious and the beds are super comfy! You absolutely have to stay here! I highly recommend this new hotel! It's affordable, the location is great, and it's convenient for getting everywhere!

Just book the HLB Hotel directly; don't bother spending extra on Hyatt Place. It's the same building, the same room types, with only the breakfast restaurant being different. The breakfast is quite expensive, and the only plus is the abalone congee. Don't waste your money booking this one. The soundproofing isn't great, and there's noise from the club behind. The room had a strong odor and construction dust. If you want to be a human air purifier, then this is the place for you.

The accommodation is clean, but the surrounding area is too busy and noisy.
