The solid residence - Elbonthestay by haeundae

The room was exactly as pictured on the website, offering views of both the sea and the city. The night view was stunning, and it was very pleasant to sit on the balcony enjoying the breeze. The room was well-equipped, even providing laundry pods. The hot and cold water dispenser was a huge plus. We could leave the trash outside the door for them to collect, so we didn't have to take it out ourselves. It would be even better if there were a few small plastic bags in the kitchen for food waste.

The hotel is conveniently located on Haeundae Boulevard. The room was clean and tidy, and the contactless check-in was very convenient. They provided towels and other necessities for multiple days. The suite was well-divided with a kitchen and living room, and facilities like a washing machine and water purifier. The hotel also offered free luggage storage. Aside from the slightly long wait for the apartment building's elevator, everything else was excellent.

The room was very clean and tidy, like an Airbnb with no front desk service. It pretty much had everything in the room; it would have been even better if there was a dryer. It's very close to the beach and you can see the ocean. Downstairs is super convenient with a whole street full of food and drinks! I'd come again!

Pros: Excellent location, clean and comfortable. It's an apartment-style setup with a washing machine, microwave, water dispenser, induction cooker, and other amenities for light cooking. Cons: The curtains don't block out light effectively, there's no rack in the bathroom for clothes, and the toilet tends to get clogged. The mattress is a bit too soft. The elevator is usually quick and not crowded, but during check-out times, the wait can be long. If you're on a lower floor, I recommend going up first then down to catch it. Exit 5 of the subway station has an elevator. The apartment building is easily recognizable at the intersection with the aromatherapy shop shown in picture five. The price is a bit higher on Fridays and Saturdays, costing 2000 for three nights.

It was so cozy and spotless that all my friends were really satisfied. I especially loved that a hair straightener was provided too.

When I messaged them about missing towels, they replied immediately, telling me they were behind the mirror. Although there's no front desk, the system for quick responses felt surprisingly more reassuring than a front desk where language might be an issue. The room was very spacious and even had a washing machine, making it feel like I could live there for a while. It was spotless and even had a vacuum cleaner. I completely forgot about the reviews mentioning the slow elevators and headed out at check-out time; sure enough, I had to let three go by before I could get on. This was especially inconvenient with a suitcase. I'd love to stay here again. Thank you!

The pros are its excellent location, nice rooms, and reasonable price. The cons are that the electronic lock couldn't be locked from the inside, which felt a bit unsafe, and the elevator took a while to arrive. Overall, it offers good value for money.

There's a convenience store downstairs (the staff are really nice!) and an Olive Young, so it's super easy to pick up anything you need. If you need to store your luggage, you can contact the staff beforehand and they're always happy to help. The room has a nice view and is spacious, making for a really comfortable stay overall. The only minor drawback is that there are only two elevators, and one of them is a bit tucked away and hard to spot. So, during peak check-in or check-out times, you might have to wait a little for the elevator.
