Urban Groove Hotel

This hotel is really close to the subway station (Beomnaegol), and it's less than a 10-minute walk to the Seomyeon shopping area, so the transportation is super convenient! The room's cleanliness was also excellent. The only minor issues were that the hot water in the shower would occasionally fluctuate between hot and cold, and the hot water tap for the bathtub got scorching hot if left on for too long – I had to use a towel to turn it off. On the bright side, the hotel offers complimentary laundry, drying services, bottled water, ice, coffee, and delicious lemon tea bags. Plus, daily room cleaning is provided. Considering the price, this is truly a fantastic hotel!

Not far from Seomyeon's commercial district, but still quiet! The room comes with a hair straightener, is very spacious, and even has an electronic wardrobe, which is a thoughtful touch! The rooftop terrace is beautiful; I recommend bringing fried chicken or other late-night snacks to enjoy there. There are even drinks and ice available in the area before you enter the terrace.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Van Nuys subway station. The facilities are well-equipped, the room is neat and clean, and the environment is quiet. Overall, it's a good place and worth staying again, with excellent service.

It's a newly opened hotel with very few reviews, so we booked it taking a bit of a gamble. Four of us stayed in one room for 3 nights. The room had very spacious beds, and we had no trouble fitting two large suitcases and two carry-ons. The hotel's location is about a 15-minute walk to either Seomyeon or Jeonpo. Fortunately, getting a taxi or using ride-hailing apps in Busan is very convenient. Staff speak basic English, but we were able to communicate effectively. For multi-night stays, you need to request housekeeping in advance, as it's not done automatically. The 10th floor boasts a rooftop lounge with complimentary water, ice, coffee, and fruit tea – a great spot to unwind with friends over a drink after a long day of sightseeing or shopping. There's a 24-hour 7-Eleven just 100 meters away, which is very convenient. However, the immediate area outside the hotel entrance has a scrap recycling station, which isn't the most aesthetically pleasing sight.

Very close to Seomyeon Station. Quiet area. The rooftop common area is great.
