Sono Moon Haeundae

Room was spacious, very nice view on the ocean. Breakfast is great (except for lacking of hot chocolate). Staff was great, some cleaning must be done for the carpet though. The cleaning lady did the room (while we were still inside… this is a first)… Some more cleaning should be done  Complimentary orange juice or beer, nice  bar, washing machine,  ocean view

This was my first time to Busan. Sono Moon was a perfect hotel choice. Everything was perfect, location, cleanliness, breakfast and staff - just perfect. I was given a lovely gift on arrival. Check-in was easy and quick. The hotel is a very short walk to Haeundae beach which was fantastic. Buffet breakfast was superb and there was a good selection of food. I really liked Sono Moon and would definitely stay here again.

Location is a walkable distance from Haeundae beach but not on the main street so it is quiet. The room has a slight beach view but it also faces another hotel so I kept the curtains shut for privacy. The space is okay, enough for 3 people. Overall the room is clean, although I think it be improved on some details, like I found a hair on the sink. Basic amenities, like hair dryer, water bottles, slippers, body wash, shampoo and conditioners are provided, but not toothbrush and toothpaste.

The staff more thoughtful - voluntarily help with luggage, also meticulously recommend travel routes, the service is warm and professional.
