Raviens Elbon The Stay

I stayed with my family at Raviens Elbon The Stay from August 9 to 14 (5 nights), and unfortunately, the experience was far below expectations. Two hours before my check-in time, the hotel messaged me with the door code — but it was the wrong code. I immediately replied to inform them, but received no response at all. As a result, my family and I had to wait outside our room for over 30 minutes in a hot and stuffy corridor with no air conditioning, which was extremely uncomfortable. This delay also disrupted our subsequent travel plans. I eventually had to contact Trip.com for assistance. The building has over four different hotels inside but only two lifts. Each floor has at least 7–10+ units, so waiting for the lift takes more than 10 minutes every time, and during peak check-in/out hours, it can exceed 20 minutes. Even though we left early on check-out day, we still almost missed our train because of this. The bedroom had no ventilation; only one air conditioner in the living room. To sleep, we had to keep the bedroom door open, but it still felt very stuffy. The bathroom provided insufficient towels, had almost no space for personal toiletries, and had no proper place to put clothes for changing — only two hooks that couldn’t hold anything securely. The mattress was extremely hard and the pillows uncomfortably high. Overall, it was an unpleasant stay with poor comfort and service. I would not recommend this hotel.

this hotel is clean and spacious. We have a great time here, and it is very near to the beach, just about 5-10 minutes walk distance.

the hotel is nice and comfy! location is goood. however, it was hard to find the rooms at the start due to no signage. best to contact the hotel staff beforehand in order for smooth check in!

Very convenient for moving around the places of interest in Busan. there are quite a variety of restaurants for food within walking distances.
