The room was beautiful, just like in the pictures, and right on the beach. Getting to the accommodation was easy 👏🏻, though for first-timers, it might be a bit confusing since there are multiple hotels in the building, just on different floors. Overall, I was impressed 🫶🏻💖.

The view is amazing. It’s abit of walk but it’s worth it. Many restaurants nearby and convenience stall is just downstairs, which is great. Bathroom looks nice but the design & functionality is weird (but it’s acceptable). Overall it’s a green light for me!

We booked a 2 nights stay in this hotel, but we decided to check out on the second day morning. The room was filled with moldy and foul smell when we first entered the room, found out that it actually came from the toilet. The bathtub was full with mould at the every edges and corners. The walls and windows were dirty as well, including the bed frame was also mouldy. The ceiling also broken especially the one near to the aircon. We booked the room as the pictures of Hinoki room showed in trip.com was kinda nice but sadly it was totally not tally at all. Room were not as big, dirty and full of foul smell. We did feedback to the staff but the staff just told us it’s the wooden bathtub discolouration.. They also strongly refused to refund despite we provided the reason and checked out at 10am. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience and I will never go back to this hotel again.

The hotel's location right by the beach was fantastic, and the service was really satisfying. The hotel only occupied the third floor of the building, and while the cleanliness could have been better due to a few hairs and some dust, I was still happy with the value for money.

The room was incredibly spacious with unbeatable ocean views, overlooking all of Gwangalli and even offering a great spot to watch the drone shows on weekends. The common areas also had plenty of seating for guests to relax and enjoy a bite to eat!
