A very good experience. The hotel facilities were clean and cozy, with disposable towels provided. The room temperature and shower facilities were excellent. The owner was also very kind. I stayed there one night on a snowy day, and everything was so peaceful and beautiful.

The owner of Byla is kind and down-to-earth, though perhaps not very talkative, he's incredibly caring. I left something behind, and he promptly returned it by mail. The courtyard blends seamlessly into the natural surroundings, and the rooms are spotless and tidy. The bathrooms are especially high-end and first-rate! While I haven't experienced it, I'm sure the underfloor heating will be very comfortable in winter!

Nice afternoon tea set served, breakfast as well. Heater is not as expected compared to other b&b. But overall a good experience with them.

The owner is incredibly nice; they do their best to resolve any issues you raise. The environment is fantastic; you can see beautiful scenery just by opening the window, and you can enjoy a Xinjiang winter experience right from your room without having to go outside.
