Good location, comfortable bed. The TV is big, and Ctrip said it was renovated in 2019. The overall feeling of the room is very new. The front desk service is great. The first time I stayed for one day, when I checked out and checked out, the child's schoolbag 🎒 fell in the lobby. I called the front desk to help us find it, thank you very much! I decided to book this hotel for the second time when I came back from my trip. The fly in the ointment is: the room is dark at night, and there are few lights (no main light, not many desk lights, and not bright enough). The breakfast has too few varieties and no vegetables.

Stayed for 3 nights, free parking, lived on the second floor, did not find the elevator, met a waiter, asked the elevator location, the answer seems to be that the elevator is dedicated to employees, help us put two boxes upstairs, gave a tip. Breakfast is rich, there are many choices of Chinese food in the surrounding area, about 800 meters away from Tiantie Station.

Vancouver hit the hot spot once in a thousand years, so I immediately checked into the hotel. I chose this hotel because I used to stay here every summer vacation. The room was big enough, the hotel-style apartment facilities, and pets were allowed. There was no cleaning during the epidemic. Breakfast was delivered to the room. Although simple, the sweet snacks were warm and the quality of the apples was very good.

The hotel is very clean and the rooms are cleaned every day. It is very convenient to go to tourist hotspots. There is a restaurant next door to the hotel. It takes 5 minutes to walk to Chinese restaurants, and there is morning tea to eat. It tastes good. The hotel can park for free and is very convenient. I will go live next time.

Where to start...My partner and I arrived at the property after flying from the east coast. The property is a a low budget motel, I get that. But. It's a disgrace and should not be open for business. We booked a room with 1 queen bed. Upon arriving, we were told that we would be put in a room with 2 queen beds (we assumed that the woman who checked us in didn't realize that in 2019, 2 men could be a couple and share a bed). We assured her that 1 bed would suffice, but she insisted on putting us in the room with 2. Ok, whatever. We climb the staircase, and find our room, and open the door, only to be hit in the face with an overwhelming chemical smell. Maybe it was an industrial cleaner. Maybe it was formaldehyde. But it was overpowering. The room was sp**** and felt more like a hostel. The whole place is shabby (and not shabby chic). After being in the room for 5 minutes, we were both feeling the effects of the smell. We decided that this was not the room for us to spend the next 6 nights in. So we found another hotel that better suited our needs, and wasn't a funky hole. We booked (very last minute, as it was an unexpected trip) through booking.com. We assumed that we would need to pay for that night, as it was about 8:00 pm when this transpired. Not ideal, but we are seasoned travellers, and expected to have to pay something. We were abruptly informed by Tess, the ”lovely” employee at the front desk that in fact, we would be required to pay for the entire 6 nights, even though we wouldn't actually be spending any time in their establishment. We went back and forth for a while, informing us that she worked there for 7 years, and never had a complaint. That even though she collected our payment, not booking.com, she couldn't refund any of it. She finally agreed to give us back 4 nights, but would be keeping 2 as a penalty. At this point, we had enough. My partner called booking.com, and spoke to an agent there who confirmed that we would have to pay for the 1 night, as expected, but we should expect our 5 nights fee returned. After booking.com phoned Tess, and informed her that she was in the wrong, she quickly and sheepishly refunded 5 nights, and we were on our way. We knew when we booked that we wouldn't be expecting a 5 star resort, but we certainly expected a comfortable, clean stay. More so, an ounce of customer service and humanity would go a long way. With other, nicer motels/hotels in the area, avoid this place at all cost.
