Fun City Resort Hotel

We stayed at FunCity for a family Birthday party, the kids and adults had a great time at the arcade and the food was delicious. The staff there is very friendly and accommodating

The arcade was a little underwhelming and fairly expensive for most activities - but the drinks and food are reasonably priced!

From staffing to the room every thing was perfect. The staffing was definitely respectful and patient over the weekend with the larger amount a crowd

It’s annoying that when booking the property it says a message comes up saying there’s no pool, and when you try to message the hotel to ask a question you don’t get an answer- then when we got there the indoor pool was open and when I asked about they said it was ******* not updating there website but like what’s the point of messaging the hotel on the app if no one is answering them?

The hotel was great. Everyone was helpful and kids had a great time.

Room was great — Every staff member we came in contact with was extremely courteous & helpful.

Need more room in the rooms. Bathroom doors noise was awful. Too lound in closing and could hear toilets flushing in the room from all sides.

Checking in was easy and the staff was nice. Our toilet wouldn't flush but they fixed it right away. Room was clean. Beds weren't super comfy and our room was warmer than I wanted. The air did not work well in our room but our friends room was nice and cold. We went bowling later that night and the lady working there seemed to hate her job and anyone that came in and disturbed her. I was disappointed to find out the the ball pit was not included in our stay even though it's in the hotel area. So cost us an extra $30. No free breakfast. Youd think with how much it cost to stay here that something would be included in your package.
