Room was not cleaned one day. Towels and trash were removed but bed not made up. Towels not replaced. I had to go to the desk to get fresh towels. Internet did not work.

Train Delay
Want to thank Front Desk (Zack) for assisting with reservation for 2nd night. After 2 nights on CA Zephyr jumped off @Burlington. Room rate reasonable, room sufficient & morning breakfast appreciated.
Train delays resulted in 2nd night stay enjoying Burlingtons local restsurants.

Hotel went downhill fast
We booked this hotel but didn't stay due to the conditions. Hotel & room filthy. Arriving, observed hallway & room smelled bad. The room apparently had not been cleaned. The beds weren't made and the sheets were stained. The fridge was dirty with food still in it. The TV didn't work. The bathtub also had not been cleaned & when the faucet was turned on, public hair came out of the drain. Brought this complaint to the rep on duty, who offered a different room, which was also dirty.

Bathroom had no working exhaust fans. Bathtubes were very slippery, perhaps from toiletry leaking from hanging dispensers in the tub area.

Dirty, no washcloth, 3 day stay took towels, never left any. Spot of blood on bedsheet. Breakfast area not maintained

I will say when I found out there was NO ELEVATOR, the gentleman at the desk did carry our bags upstairs.
It has soft water … so that’s a plus.
Generally this hotel is showing its age and needs many obvious repairs. I can’t recommend until the property is cleaned up and repairs are made.

Staff was friendly but the place needs a deep clea
The room was not clean, dirt in the corners of the tiles in the bathroom, and the sheets and bedspread were not clean. There were dead spiders in the light fixture, and only bath towels…no washcloths or hand towels, no Kleenexes, and some of the outlets didn’t work. The breakfast in the morning was good with a variety of food choices.
