The hotel was very clean, service and personnel exceptional. The only complaint I have is the $150 incidental fee. That seems extremely high to me. Overall good quality place to stay.

The mattress in our room was like sleeping on a bag of cement, sand, and feathers. The mattress was so uncomfortable that we didn't sleep all night. All I have to say is that the mattress needs to be replaced!

The hotel was near perfect. Clean comfortable convenient. Great for overnight stop on a long trip. I do not understand the incidentals deposit, there are no incidentals available to purchase. Still waiting for it to be refunded. Overall nice, watch the charges though.

The hotel was close to the interstate which made it really convenient. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good. Price was good especially for the proximity to Elon University.

My only problem with this hotel is that I was NEVER told there would be a deposit held for several days after I check out. I am trying to get moved into a new apartment and need my money back pronto.

This was one of the cleanest places we have stayed. Everything from the front desk staff to the people who cleaned was amazing. If we have to complain about anything it would be that the beds were a little hard. Other than that our stay was perfect!! I will stay here again!

Good value! Enjoyed the exercise room. Surprised I need ed to provide a deposit for any damage done to the room. The deposit was returned but the policy to charge and sign a document related to the deposit were negative surprises

The staff members were excellent, very helpful and courteous. The building was very clean. I stayed for five nights. The breakfast was basic: yogurt, cereal, milk, muffins, etc. It seems that some people don't consider their doors make noise after 10 p.m. While it is not a premium hotel, it is clean, the staff are courteous, and it saved a total of $500 versus higher class hotels five minutes away.
