Great place, extraordinary customer service. Very comfy bed, as well as the whole room. I really enjoyed my stay and would choose the same place if I had to stay in Hannover again.

Das Hotel überzeugt gleich beim Ersten Eindruck. Fast direkt an der Autobahn gelegen könnte der Standort kaum besser sein; zumindest wenn's um's Praktische geht. Wir hatten nur eine Nacht Aufenthalt, wären aber gern länger geblieben. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig und der Serivce außergewöhnlich freundlich. Wir hatten das Glück, ein Superior Doppelzimmer für einen unschlagbar günstigen Preis zu bekommen, was den Eindruck natürlich noch positiver machte. Das Hotel verfügt über ein Schwimmbad mit Saunen, welche im Preis inbegriffen waren. Auch das integrierte Restautant ist sehr zu empehlen. Wir können das Hotel daher uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Two overnights with a week between them. The hotel is situated a short distance from the autobahn to save time, yet not close enough to let the noise be heard. The room was excellent – spacy, clean, and with a nice bathroom. The staff members we spoke to were consistently attentive, polite, and sought solutions. The breakfast was good and plenty, and the staff gave us coffee to go. The restaurant for dinner one night was very good too. All in all, a really good experience.

Book a Comfort double room via Agoda as it is the only one available. And in the image, it looks spacious with a nice sofa set for relaxation. On the first day, they gave me a single room. After my feedback, they change me to a double room that is clearly unlike the image. Worse thing is, I was been charged the same rate. Is it misleading advertising... Or the staff has no customer service and choose to downgrade the room and did not inform the customer. Atmosphere is nice... But this experience leaves alot to be desired. My first such experience...

Wir waren neugierig wie die neuen Betreiber - insbesondere der neue Küchenchef Finn Tagawa Wiegand - die leider seit einiger Zeit geschlossene Kokenstube wieder neu beleben wollten. Es wurde mit einem 5- oder 6-Gänge-Menue geworben, welches es nur in dieser Form gab. Keine anderen Speisen. Man konnte es auch nicht vorher erfragen - also Überraschung. Das war es dann auch. Die Kombinationen auf dem Teller waren erstaunlich mutig gewählt und manchmal mußten wir noch einmal nachfragen. Es war nicht alles großartig, aber die Geschmäcker sind eben verschieden. Es war alles sehr frisch, aber die Versuchsküche könnte manchmal auch etwas zurückhaltender sein - back to basic. Die Preise waren im oberen Bereich - sind aber angemessen. Die Service Crew ist jung und so manches Mal wäre ein SIE und weniger Kumpelhaftes in dieser Klasse angebrachter. Im Februar geht's weiter. Probieren wir 'mal.

Gute, saubere u. moderne Hotelzimmer - wie man sie in einem 4-Sterne-Haus auch erwarten darf. Insgesamt sehr freundliches Personal. Netter, kleiner Wellnessbereich mit Schwimmbad und zwei Saunen, alles sehr sauber. Frühstück mit frischen Eierspeisen auf Wunsch, ansonsten halbwegs angemessen, mit dem Nachlegen etwas Probleme, einfache, preiswerte Käseauswahl (hier wird allgemein immer gerne gespart). Das abendliche Gänseessen (Bruststück und Keule, vermutlich aus Polen, kross, etwas zäh, mit reichlich Knödel, Rot- u. Rosenkohl. Vorsuppe und Nachtisch, leider völlig überteuert - aber nette und aufmerksame Bedienung. Der Wein eher „mittelprächtig“.
