Service was terrible. The room was very dirty and smelled awful. The toilet still had faeces in it. It clearly hadn't been cleaned at all. It seems like the previous guest left the room in a mess, and the owner didn't bother to clean it for the next customer. Very disappointing.

⭐☆☆☆☆ This was one of the worst Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had. We arrived at the property on time, but we couldn’t access the room. I called and messaged the host multiple times, but there was no answer and no reply. We were left waiting outside for more than three hours with no assistance. Eventually, we asked the building security for help, only to discover that there were already other guests staying in the room that had been assigned to us. This clearly shows poor management and a lack of communication. The host was unresponsive, unhelpful, and showed no concern for the inconvenience caused. Wasting guests’ time like this is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here unless the host significantly improves their communication and management.

Same case, i can't properly check in because the customer service isn't responding.. wanted to get the money but no job is done.. they pretty much just ask u to pay, then you're on your own looking for the room.. not even directing us to which building. don't go or book here, they're shitty. If i didnt ask for where the room and which building, they wouldnt even tell me..where, free money for them because the room is untouch. And they said we'll be off at 12am... so after 12am they wont be around to reply when you're lost looking for the place. Shitty for real

Had a pleasant stay at this studio apartment. The check-in process was quite smooth overall, although there was a slight confusion as the security guard was not fully aware about our check-in upon arrival. Other than that, everything went well. The house itself was nice, clean, and comfortable. It comes with 1 queen bed and 1 single bed, which was perfect for a small group or family stay. The space was cozy and well-maintained, making it a comfortable place to relax. Overall, a good stay and worth considering for a short trip.

After a long drive, check in. Process was quite easy n not so headache. As soon as i entered the room 1- toilet was wet , as if someone just use it or left 2- bed sheet was dirty with hairsss 3- towel was damp and stain. Maybe the cleaner didnt wash it and just arranged jt back. 4-u can feel its not clean, and keep sneezing n having flu.

Good service , quick response . Accurate and fast directions on how how to check in and check out

for the service it’s easy to acess. just staying for 1 night and environment so good
