However, this hotel, from the manager down to the service, was just plain rude. The manager was unwelcoming and called me guilty, unfair, and even a liar, all because I wanted to cancel the second night of my stay, which I'd booked directly with them.
The hotel itself might be okay, even though I saw a cockroach and there was an unpleasant smell at times – but those are minor things, just life. But the manager was truly a ****. Who wants their vacation ruined by that? Even when I told him I would write an honest negative review for his words, he just said he'd find a way out of it.
