Excellent location - just a 5-minute walk to the main attractions. The staff (a family) are very friendly and always ready to help and confirm anything you need. Thank you, I recommend it!

I had to change rooms three times at this place. The first room wasn't cleaned, and the second night, something was scratching in the ventilation for half the night – I thought it was a rat, but it turned out to be a bat. They moved me after that. The hosts tried to help, they seemed genuinely responsive people, but the cleanliness, or rather the lack of it, really left an impression. The location, though, is superb – right in the city center.

The location is excellent. The hosts are quite responsive and pleasant people, but the rooms are old and dirty. There's a smell in the room, and large midges are coming out of the ventilation. Let's just say we had to put up with it, there was nowhere else to go.

This hotel is within walking distance of Bukhara's main attractions, and that's where its advantages end. The rooms are dirty; my friends and I booked three rooms, and one wasn't prepared for our arrival. The staff are friendly and try their best, but the hotel needs renovation. I wouldn't recommend this hotel; if your budget allows, book a more expensive one.
