Beat the Heat at Riverhouse Retreat on South Main

The Riverhouse in a beautiful place very close to activities, and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location and plenty of space. We had a great time in Buena Vista while visiting from Littleton, CO

My family had a wonderful time here at this home and in Buena Vista. This home is in close proximity to the Arkansas river - our favorite place to hang out. Also there is a nice brewery, bakery, and bike shop next door. Main Street is only a 20 min walk. The owners were wonderful and available for any questions and suggestions. It was a warm weekend so the A/C was appreciated!

Great short stay We had a great long weekend! The location was absolutely perfect! Property was just as described. It would be just right if you’re coming with kids - they have everything to suit the needs of a small family! Not ideal for 6 adults maybe (we ran short on glasses every day), but overall I definitely recommend this Property!

Fantastic Once Again This is our 2nd time to stay at "Beat the Heat" on South Main in Buena Vista. We love that area and we love staying at Amanda's place. Always easy to work with, always clean and updated. Always a relaxing, joyful time with our family. Legit 5 stars!

Memorable spring break We had a wonderful stay. The location with walking distance to great restaurants? Coffee shop,hotel restaurant and bar and cool shops was a huge plus. Check in and out was a breeze and the property was probably the most well stocked condo we have ever rented. There is so much to do in Buena Vista. We can't wait to come back.

Great weekend in BV We absolutely loved the location and convenience of this property. It was the perfect size for our family of 4. We hope to come back soon.
