A very nice establishment very well located for visiting Budapest, because the location is central and it is very well served by means of transport. In fact, you have a metro line and a bus line right in front of the hotel. The decor is very beautiful and the staff provides top-notch service. The only downside to our experience was that our room on the 5th floor had 2 very high windows offering no possibility of having a view of the outside. This information was not brought to our attention when booking.

Hotel service is very good, room service is always responsive, and the attitude is warm, because the anniversary of the hotel also presented champagne. Macarons are given every night. However, I returned to the hotel on the first night and found that the room had not been cleaned. Hyatt Hotel, a super beautiful and new hotel, was a little worried to see no comments at first, because the hotel was 19 years old, and I did n’t meet a Chinese when I went there, but I was very happy when I arrived, especially the lobby, which is too beautiful Come on! But the breakfast was expensive so I didn't buy it and I ate around. The fourth one is about 500 meters away from the hotel. It snowed on the last day so I ate at the hotel. I ordered some without breakfast buffet and the price was ok. Everyone has a very good attitude and must be rated 5 points.

Nice hotel is central location. Staff well trained and seemed to truely want to make your stay a positive one. As an example, we needed taxi service several times and always could count on getting one exactly as needed. A few issues: -You can only regulate the cooling by up to 3 degrees, likely reasonable most days but we experienced one of the hottest days in Budapest's history this past week. A hot day/evening with the heavy comforters on all beds does not make for a good night's sleep. -The shower is raised by about 4 inches over the bathroom floor so anyone with a troublesome back, will have an issue stepping down from the slippery shower. -The breakfast was OK, not up to the standards that Kempinsky publicizes is their goal.

Hotel breakfast is very good, adult 16 euros, half price for children. The only bad thing is the two bedrooms, with two shower rooms, but there is only one toilet. If there are many people in the family, they will always have to wait for the toilet. Everything is fine except for this. The parking lot is also very convenient. From the garage you can take the elevator directly to the room floor.

The NH Collection Budapest City Center provided a decent stay for my first (and hopefully not last) visit to Budapest, Hungary. I stayed nine nights in November 2021 and opted for one of the residence apartments with a second floor. The amount of space provided was impressive. Loved having a balcony on both floors. Did not use the smaller bath downstairs very much. The apartment provided a microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and combination clothes washer/dryer. I was very pleased with he amenities offered in the apartment. I was very happy that the upstairs bathroom had a shower, which did NOT leak! Many other hotels are installing showers with a completely useless half shower door. The upstairs shower was a full enclosure and did not suffer an extremely wet floor with damp towels after showering. Bravo NH Collection Budapest City Center! The staff at the hotel were very helpful and I very much appreciated that the breakfast staff did not turn guests away if they showed up for breakfast after breakfast had ended. Guests were still allowed to have breakfast as long as food items were still available to be taken. However, after a few days, the breakfast options are a bit boring (same every day). The coffee is outstanding and offered all day long. Cookies and other snacks are available as well. I noticed that the business center computers still had Windows 7 installed?! Perhaps change that and update the operating system on the computers. Needless to stay, I did not use those computers. As others have mentioned, the hotel is within walking distance to an accessible MTS underground train station, Lidl grocery, the New York Cafe and a very good burger restaurant (Vaslap). All things considered, I would probably consider staying again or recommend to others opting to visit Budapest. Hope this review helps!

This one is located at the foot of the Duofei Bridge, not far from the city center, relatively quiet, but it is only a kilometer to walk or go out to the No. 2 subway. Always feel inconvenient, but it is cheaper, the key is to be able to book. The hotel in Budapest is still quite difficult. This is a chain, and there are several in the city center.

I did not expect a deathly silence, but blaring music cannot be tolerated! The unbearable bass. Not even the caps could save me. There is no roof between the floor with the rooms and the floor with the bar / nightclub. The first night they disconnected at 6.30 am, the second night at 3.00 am, the third night at 4.00 am.

We loved staying at this hotel. The staff were friendly and very welcoming. There were a lot of additional touches that you don't find at other hotels which really added a lot to our stay. The breakfast was amazing!!! Overall the hotel was very clean and comfortable. We slept very well after a long flight and because of the location, we were easily able to walk to restaurants and a lot of the main attractions of Budapest. We will definitely stay at the hotel again when we return to Budapest.

My friend said that the room is large and good value. The room is large enough. The bathroom is large. The bathtub is independent. The double washbasin is double. well. There are also 2 sets of bathrobes. Bed linen and comfortable mattresses. There is also a kettle with tea and coffee bags. The breakfast was rich and high quality for 2 nights. In the center of the apartment, the first time to go to the location to find a little trouble, are single-line, there are not many parking spaces on the road, the hotel's parking lot has to circle, knowing that it is quite convenient. Breakfast is okay, the place is a bit small and there have been a lot of people. It rains a day, the outdoor seat can't sit, and you can only stand and wait.

Excelente alojamiento, ubicado en la cuarta planta de un edificio muy bonito, excelente ubicacion, sin ruido, apartamento amplio, camas confortables y todo lo necesario para estar comodo, cerca de todos los sitios turisticos y en pleno barrio judio, cerca de los ruins bars y cerca de medios de transporte metro/bus etc, restaurantes y pequeños comercios para comprar. . Muy buen precio. Nosotros estuvimos alojados en un duplex/atico con dos dormitorios dobles y estancia adicional para otra persona, y baño comnpleto en la parte de arriba, una terraza amueblada con buenas vista y en la zona de abajo un aseo y cocina/salon compartido. Muy comodo y bien decorado. Hay otros apartamentos mas pequeños pero el concepto es el mismo. El dueño muy amable. Ideal para una estancia en Budapest.

We loved this hotel. We stayed here for 4 nights and wish we had booked for longer. The hotel is set back in a square and not immediately visible from the road but no difficulty in finding it. We stayed in room 701. The beds were really comfortable and the room was spacious. No noise from outside or inside the hotel was heard which enabled a great sleep. We had a coffee machine in our room but it had no instructions and we had no idea how to use it but there is a coffee machine at reception available all the time which supplies delicious coffee. The buffet breakfast was more than we could ask for with fabulous scrambled eggs! We had a late flight but the hotel supplies lockers for luggage free of charge so we were able to make the most of our last day. All members of staff were helpful and friendly and our housemaid was lovely. This hotel is in a lovely area for exploring and very central. We would definitely return!

The airport shuttle bus 100E drops only a few minutes walk away from the hostel. (30mins travel) Very useful. There is a socket and reading light next to each bed and I had a change of bedding on my second day. I feel that this is due to there being no bed bookings and you choose your own, so they don't know which bed is still in use. There's a danger you may lose your bed if you don't leave things on it. There was a shared bathroom with a toilet in it and a locker provided in the room too. I brought my own towel as this was not provided. There is shower gel provided in the shower. A really central hostel, though they're is a hub of bars directly opposite, so they're is a lot of noise until very late which means I had disrupted sleep both nights. Plenty of takeaway places close for quick bites to eat and lots of café spots close too. This hostel is also very close to get to the main sights and starts of walking tours also if you'd be doing this too.
