The Entrance to the place were through the basement. We had room nr.6 right next to the reception. The room was spacious but in front of our door there were standing and extra foldable bed, cleaning supplies, 10 empty gigantic bottles. We felt like living in a cheap hostel. On 2nd day, we woke up to a renovation project in the hallway. There were workers with painting all over the place. And it smelled on the entire floor with the paint. Many rooms face beautiful inner garden, but it also means when people sit on their terrace in the middle of the night and talk, you can hear it in your room. Pool was fine. Location is good. Good places to grab breakfast.

The room was fine, but nobody emptied the bins during our 5-night stay, nor were the towels changed, even though there was a sign saying to put them on the floor if we wanted them replaced. Other rooms were cleaned, just not ours, and we constantly had to go and ask for toilet paper, so we are quite dissatisfied.

Very nice room in hotel style. Auto check in. Location in between street and short walk to opera. Good.

It is well located in center and the room was spacious. There is a fridge and nice TV system. Rooftop pool is nice but pretty small. But thats all in terms of positives. Housekeeping came only once in 4 days. The shower didnt have a door so each time the bathroom was soaking wet after showering, this made it especially annoying that housekeeping didnt come. There is also no closet for clothes. Double bed has two single bedsheets instead of double sheet. There is no reception, you can only communicate through whatsapp. Would not recommend this overall. Mainly the housekeeping issue was unacceptable.

Great location, right in the heart of the city. The rooms were very clean and equipped with everything you need. The only issue with the room was that water would leak out of the shower, so we had to dry it every time we showered. There was Netflix in the room, and the bed was quite comfortable. Highly recommend.

We used the iron and it ruined our shirt. Hotel did not check for cleanliness, and left a wax residue on the bottom of the iron. Shower floods. Tons of scuff marks on the wall. You can hear what the other guests are doing (in both their room and the hallway) at all times of the day, and most of the night. Very, very thin walls. Balcony looks out to interior courtyard.

The property is located in front of bars and some kind of jewish church, all rooms from number 8 to number 15 are extremely noisy after 8PM. Bathrooms are leaking water and creating electricity hazards, the heaters haven't been cleaned so they also create fire hazard due to the dust and the fact that they are broken and easily can fall on the ground, curtain etc. The property is mainly booked by teenagers so it's noisy, there are drunk kids walking around the hallway at night and make noise polution. The pool on the rooftop is available for the whole residential building, 7 floors at least 10-12 apartmetns on each floor, while the pool itself is 2.5 meters wide and 6 meters long. It's not possible to use it, not it would be pleasant experience. In reality, you get what you pay for - cheap unrealiable and dangerous accommodation. There was issue with the door locks too, few people were trying to enter their rooms when I arrived, they were trying to call reception team but could not reach them. This property is a risk for your health, both mental and physical. For the sake of wellbeing I would avoid booking it again.

Great apartments! There's a wonderful coffee shop called Arabica and an Asian spot called Ichigo right nearby, which I visited every day. Highly recommend!
