The location was very convenient. Near the major attractions and train station as well as other transport options. Friendly staff and clean rooms.

The hotel is unclean, cobwebs on the wall lamps on top of the breakfast food, cleaning staff very rude and disrespectful, they didn’t even clean the bathroom floor. Our room 711 has a step up and a step down to be able to get to the bathroom, the light above it didn’t work and it was very hazardous for seniors like us, we requested to please change our room and it was refused in a nasty manner eve though the 7th floor only had another room occupied. Shower would accumulate water while in use and it would take 20 to 30 minutes to drain, handle on the shower wall half way screwed in, floor extremely slippery.
Carpet was filthy and the carpet in the elevator pealing off at the edge making very easy to trip over. The only thing this hotel have positive is location, very easy to walk to all sights and close to many restaurants. I will definitely not stay there in the future.

Wifi barely works even though front desk said it was upgraded or fix previously. If you need wifi best you stay away.

At a nice location in the city center. Easy to go sightseeing. But car parking is paid and no restroom shoes.

Good location very close to the Parlament building and Margaret bridge areas. The staff were helpful and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. A quiet location for sleeping at night. A fridge is included in the room but there is no complimentary bottles of water so you will need to buy your own. Breakfast was not included in the price and, if required, will cost 15€ per day. Overall, good value and a comfortable base for sightseeing around the Parliament and Danube area. This hotel is recommended.
