A football trip and this particular Premier Inn caught my eye due to the reasonable price of a two night stay. I was not disappointed. A warm welcome and easy check in awaited, staff very friendly and accommodating. Room despite being ground floor was very quiet, it was comfortable and I had a great two nights sleep. The shower was very relaxing and refreshing and the bathroom itself was spotless. Breakfast was cooked and served so very fresh and made for a great start to the day. All in all a very enjoyable experience.

A fantastic cooked breakfast, freshly prepared by Rosie, was the highlight of what already was a great stay here. The room was as expected, check in was efficient, location was great, warmly received by Nihal and his whole team... cannot recommend this hotel any more highly. Yes its a Premier Inn, but the team made it feel like staying away with friends. Only minor detraction was the absence of a Decaf. coffee sachet in the room ( we had everything else ! ) when we arrived.....just for some balance. Will certainly stay here again.

Everything was fine except the rooms view wasn’t particularly nice but I didn’t ask for a specific side of the building to be on so maybe next time I will. Breakfast was excellent as usual Price was good maybe Sunday night is cheaper than other days

Very comfortable room, only 3 channels working on the tv and only half a toilet roll in the bathroom. Breakfast however was outstanding all hot food cooked to order lovely and fresh and hot. Thank you Rosie the chef and Farouk the waiter. We will be back.

Nice room, comfortable bed, very friendly and helpful staff. Special mention for Rosie the Chef for and excellent breakfast & Farouk in the dining room for his very good service. Easy to get to, facilities good, parking convenient. We will definitely stay there again.

I knew from previous stays what to expect and the Buckhurst Hill hotel was up to expectations. Comfortable , clean and ideally located for my needs. Would recommend for value, amenities and ease of access.

Very comfortable stay - comfy bed - staff all very friendly and helpful - breakfast was very good and full breakfast was cooked fresh - well done to Rosie the chef- Farouk was very friendly and helpful Great location - about 15 min walk to central line tube station Thanks to everyone

Great location with easy walk to Buckhurst Hill station. Staff very welcoming & helpful. Comfy rooms with all the basics you'd expect. Best feature for me was breakfast. Dining room was expertly run & supervised by Farouk & food perfectly prepared by Rosie. The highlight of my day.

The service you get at this hotel is as good as it gets. We had a very peaceful and quiet nights sleep and all the staff - Daniela the chef, Sofia and Farouk could not have been more attentive and willing to please. Well done to them and we’ll be back.
