My company booked this for me during a business trip. They have free parking which was good as I rented a car from the airport. I arrived early and they told me that they can give me a room if I didn't mind the walk as it was a bit far from the elevator. Since I was already exhausted from the plane ride, I accepted so I can rest a bit before going to the office. The short lady who welcomed me was very nice, spoke good english and made the check in as smooth as possible. The room was functional but a bit run down, dirty and the design was a bit weird. Plus the carpets had stains on them as if there was someone who was stabbed in that room. Unfortunately, it was the only hotel near our office so I ignored these imperfections. After a day at work, I went up to the room and realized that the walk was indeed troublesome especially if you forgot something in the room and have to go back and forth, so I asked reception to move me to a room closer to the elevator, to which they promptly obliged to. They told me to leave my bags and they will move them for me. Very nice and unexpected for a 3 star property. They moved me to a much cleaner room, but you can still see wear and tear but I was there to sleep and work so I just settled with it. Due to the covid restrictions, they stopped the daily cleaning and you had to ask for it if you want your room cleaned. And since they didn't have the daily cleaning, the complimentary water wasn't refilled either. It wasn't a problem as you can easily ask from the reception to give you one. Their Breakfast buffet was good and the dining area was quite clean and well kept. The wifi was awful though. I got disconnected multiple times but the staff were nice enough to share another internet router I can connect too which wasn't too saturated. Overall, it was an ok stay, although I wouldn't really stay there if I was on vacation. But if you are on a work trip or just passing by the area, this hotel would suffice as it is functional and affordable.

Have spent the second sylvester in the hotel and have been disappointed this time! The rooms are still very good, but ! It starts with parking, you pay for the deep garage and no place is free, then a gym starts until you have a parking place that is not OK. The swimming pool is already in the morning, although almost the whole day nobody is on it, there is no supervision. To eat, it was simply not good, for a 5 star house underground, in the Sylvester Night Dessert Buffet announced that Berliner consisted, at the salad no maize, can not count everything. On Sylvester evening, the dining room was still empty, I ask a servant if he can make a picture of my dear and to me, the comment “He has no time now, but later” That thing has never happened to me, The young man has clearly missed his profession. I would like to point out that we were otherwise very well served. I could mention a few more, even about the Lord who had the supervision there, but let it, that if you have such a position you should be a little more flattering. unfortunately we were the last time there to Sylvester..
