Terrible, the worst exeperiece and the biggest scam I've ever had related to a hotel. There is a 2 stars hotel (dirty inside), not 4 stars... I've made my booking via *********** but the hotel didn't receive it. So, I had to wait for about 1h, in the middle of the night. At Minerva's Hotel reception, there was an old man, not so polite, tired and bored of his work. He told me "I can't make your appointment in our system", even though I showed him my confirmation from ***********, so in the end I had to make in addition another booking at Minerva's reception, which means another 75 EUR. So in total I've paid the reservation twice, 150 EUR). Next morning, I asked again at their reception if there is any confirmation for my booking, but the answer was short and dry "NO!". More than that, we've paid 20 EUR for breakfast, for me and my colleague. You can see below the horrible food they have.
