Moxy Bucharest Old Town

I recently stayed at the Moxy Bucharest Old Town for 11 nights (balcony room) and loved it. The location is perfect for a first time visitor to the city since it is close to all the central historical sites and popular attractions / areas, and the metro. It is also right behind the meeting point for most day trips and walking tours. The breakfast has some vegetarian options, which was nice. It was wonderful exploring the city by foot and returning back at night with 24-hr reception available. All staff are friendly and helpful, but I only caught a few of their names: Robert, Sarah, and Ionut ＜3

The hotel is located in the old town area, where near the metro station and bus 100 to the airport. The room is clean and the size is ok. Surrounding got restaurants and cafes. There is lockers for you to keep your luggage.

Location of this hotel in the old town is the perfect base for exploring central Bucharest. Couple of mins walk to tram stops. 5 mins walk to the Central Park. Hotel is lovely, modern feel and trendy slogans and decor. Staff were amazing here, we felt very welcome. They were very helpful on check in and check out. Breakfast was really nice lots of healthy options but also some nice treats too. Hot breakfast items were limited to scrambled egg, hard boiled egg, toast, smoked bacon and sausage but was adequate to fill up before a day exploring. The room was spacious and with modern decor and fixtures. Would def stay there again.

The location is amazing. There were some super friendly and helpful people at the front desk. The filtered water bottle refill station is very nice to have.

Perfect spot for a Bucharest city break! The location is unbeatable—right at the edge of the Old Town, making it a 5-minute walk to landmarks like the Stavropoleos Monastery. The vibe is exactly what you expect from a Moxy: modern, energetic, and very social. The rooms are a bit compact but super clean and have everything you need for a short stay. Special thanks to the staff for being so welcoming. Great base if you’re planning to explore the city or heading onward to Sofia!

Decent hotel, in a great location for the old town. Receptionist was super friendly. There was a weird smell in the lift and hallway sometimes but could have been another guest. Overall fantastic stay.

The hotel is located in the Lipscani area, where many restaurants and pubs are located. The room are modern and very clean. Staff is very kind and helpful.
