Descent for the price. But the washroom was an issue as it had zero ventilation and as a result smelled of mildew as a result of accessible humidity. The should probably fix those fans...

This location is very convivence to go to Bryce Canyon. The staff is very friendly. The room could have been more quiet. There is no small table to put things on. The heater was very noisy at night. It's like someone playing drums every time it turns on. Couldn't get a good night sleep. No extra toilet paper in the room. You have to go to the main office to get it. If they address these issues, It could be a good and quiet place to stay at.

Perfect choice. Right outside of Bryce Canyon National Park. We went into the parkto star gaze and saw the Milky Way and Seven Sisters!! Really clean and quit holtel. Restaurant on site but we didn't utilize it. 2 of us, one night, one queen very comfortable mattress. Couldn't beat it for$80 a night!

• The room’s floors were very dirty with hair, dead bugs, and other debris, especially the corners. • In one of the rooms the toilet was so dirty that there was mold inside the bowl. • The corners of the toilets where they connected to the bowl were very dirty with dust and hair. • There was what appeared to be vomit on one of the curtains. • The vent for the bathroom fan didn’t have a cover and it showed years of built-up dust and grime. • The rim of the sink and the drain were filthy. • The sink vanity was old and had mold spots. • There was mold in the grout in the showers. • The shower head was extremely dirty. What was extremely disturbing was the condition of some of the pillows which had been stained with what looked like a mixture of sweat, saliva, and dirt. This was an extremely unhygienic situation. When asked about the pillow situation the clerk acted like these weren’t even their pillows. We even saw some bugs (maybe fleas) moving around the room.

The Hotel was nice; the staff was nice. The room appeared clean and tidy and decorated well. It was a small room and small bathroom. However, upon walking into the room there was a distinct odor. It was a musty or damp smell. The window was open so fresh air was getting in, however it had rained and was cold. We turned on the heater and closed the window. Then I went into the bathroom and smelled mold and mildew coming from the shower. I had brought along some Febreeze and sprayed down the shower and room. It seemed to make things better. However the next morning the smell was back in the shower. ( There were some dark spots in the corners of the shower and the shower curtain did not seem clean.) After spraying with Febreeze again, we left for the day. When we got back we opened the window, but the smell was back. We stayed that night, wondering if we could get another room, but there were no vacancies. We stayed three nights. When we were leaving we told the receptionist about the mold and mildew smell in the shower. The young man said , "oh if you would have told us sooner we would have cleaned the shower." ( We didn't use the shower while we were there.) Normally we don't complain about things, but I guess this time we should have. We were glad we were so close to Bryce Canyon Park. It was room 132. I'm pretty low-key when it comes to staying in a motel. I understand that you get what you pay for, and I'm fine with that. Sometimes, though, certain things can't be overlooked. The rug that was on the floor under the bed, and extending out to the sides, had rolled up on the sides and corners. I tripped countless times over this, and it got old really fast. The smoke alarm over the bed was hanging from a wire, and I'm not sure if it actually worked or not. The bathroom floor was freezing, literally... it was as if the cold ground was right underneath you. This was with the heat turned on in the room. The bathroom light would sometimes turn on, and most times, it wouldn't at all. You could flip the switch on and it would stay dark for five minutes, and then, all of the sudden, turn on for no rhyme or reason. This could be a safety hazard if you're in the shower, etc. The main room floor has wooden boards which gave way as you walk across the room. They would sag under your feet, if that makes sense. It felt like the floor was going to break through in certain areas. When I was checking out, there was no one at the desk. I wanted a receipt printed, but again no one was there. A custodian tried calling the concierge, but after waiting 20 minutes, I decided to leave. Again, I can look over most things... and while it was just a place to stay while exploring Bryce, again, certain things can't be overlooked.

Decent stay for one night. Staff was friendly. No hot water, but managed for the one night.

The room was clean and ok but small and very crowded. Extra supplies were lacking. Good enough for an overnight sleep but not for more than 2 people per room.

When we pulled up I was concerned. The outside leaves much to be desired. The rooms, however, have been remodeled and are very nice & clean. Jeremiah, the manager, is kind and helpful. We also enjoyed the Mexican restaurant next door.
