Very handy for the airport (~5mins away). Welcoming staff and super clean, modern facilities. Good restaurant on site. Comfortable and quiet rooms. Did not have chance to use the pool or other facilities but would definitely revisit if we were passing through Rennes.

I am Someone who travels extensively and stays a lot in 4-star hotels and I have to say there are a few things about this place it is important to understand as they certainly don't meet the standards that I am used to. I generally select a hotel for having a fitness centre and a spa as this one does. Having paid €119 for a massage I was then told if I wanted to use the spa facilities sauna pool etc I would have to pay another €29 ..ihave never experienced this before and it seems entirely unreasonable to me. Furthermore the gym is not a gym there is not a single weight for lifting in the gym and some very tired cardio equipment.. this is not what I call a fitness centre and certainly not worthy of a four-star rating. The beds are comfortable however I was giving a room at the end of a walkway meaning everybody was looking directly into my room which was not ideal. I ate in the restaurant the staff were very friendly and the food was average. I would recommend to the management that they address some of these issues and understand that their clientele have a level of expectation if they are going to call themselves a 4-star hotel and should work a little better at welcoming them rather than making them feel like they are being exploited for every penny possible. The positives are the room was comfortable the shower was decent the bed was comfortable the area is very pleasant. Additional recommendations at least have some free water for guests on arrival in the room along with the other points that I mentioned and at least get a few weights for the gym area and think about updating some of the equipment.

For a wedding in the region we had booked 1 night by Trip Advisor at Hotel des Landes le Rheu. He didn't want to hear anything but we couldn't sleep and that's why we paid the 54.07€ cash!!! This situation is unacceptable and I ask you to review the operation of this hotel and make the reimbursement of my reservation

Located very close to the station and thus the metro, the hotel is ideally located. To have sleeped in some clocks have more on the standing of a Ibis style than a ”classical” clock so a good surprise. Nothing to say about the room and the litter that was very good. No noise or harm to signal. So it is a Without guilt for a reasonable price.

We had an amazing stay here. Well equipped Kitchen and the staffs are friendly. There is a small play area for the kid and tea coffee machine at 1€.Clean and Spacious Room. Highly recommended.Bus Stop close to the hotel for going to the Station.

It was beautiful to eat breakfast, and one jam and one hachimitsu It was good to be in the bottle. There were 4 ~ 5 kinds of bread and satisfaction was high. I didn't feel noise especially. There was a shampoo and body soap together. There is also a towel, The luggage is also left in advance. If you go to Mont San Michelle, this hotel may be quite good.

We had brunch and our experience was not memorable at all. The service was extremely poor! 1/ we booked a week in advance requesting to sit by the window. When we arrived, we were shown to a table in the center of the room. I asked for the table requested as I could see that there were a few tables by the window unoccupied, but was told that it’s all full!!! I insisted and had to wait for them to come back with a negative reply. All this time while waiting, the people who arrived after us were shown to the tables by the window. So, not wanting to be petty, we accepted the table. 2/ the waiter explained to us that brunch is from 12 noon to 16:00. So you would assume that you could stay until then. At 13:30 we were told very rudely that we had to leave as there will be a second service. All this, without an apology, or an advance notice that we need to vacate the table! Very very unprofessional. 3/the plate of my niece was literally taken away under her nose, as she was finishing her dessert! We were so shocked that we didn’t even have time to make any comments! There are more but I wouldn’t bore you. Suffice to say we were not impressed at all by this restaurant. Food was so so. It wasn’t even on the rooftop. Anyway even if you still want to go, there is no need to ask to be seated by the windows as there is nothing to see. I am shocked that such a well know brand of hotel/restaurant is providing such awful service. I would not recommend this restaurant

I don't look for luxury when I go to this kind of hotel where prices are very affordable but to have made some of these first class Rennes chantage is a disaster That's a gentle but just person who welcomes us the strict minimum the guy who makes his job smile would be too demanding ... But well let's go we're here to sleep finally to try to sleep .... Because night a night night noise night people stayed in common places and the telephones that sound and we talk as if we are not alone the true bordel ... The room, good bed in itself it has been, but very small even not a table and chairs nothing the bathroom then between the toilet paper distributor that is shot the ground must be peetered back to take pq and ba shower not great I saw a answer earlier or Mr said the shower pipe linked to the lavabo was common in ba hotell may be but it remains very cons because we don't You can't necessarily close the shower garden and so we put water everywhere and to run the whole after my husband and well I had the right to 2 min of hot water ! The next morning breakfast openly buffet at 5.50 e Yes ba to review things to eat bread with milk, bread and bricks there is nothing more no cookies no pasta to bake no honey shortly all for not too much to take the head in this hotel I really don't recommend it
