I was whisked away to old world opulence as I walked into Le Plaza. The ornate chandelier, intricate carpet, and polished seating created a luxurious atmosphere. I was greeted by a friendly night front desk staff member named Ashley. He checked me in quickly and let me know that I could order something to eat if I was hungry. The elevator ride up to my room was a delight. The hallway was decorated in a vintage style, and my room, 534, felt like a miniature villa. The bathroom was gorgeous, and it had all the amenities I needed. It was a bit of a mix of vintage and modern, with a flat screen TV. The floor-to-ceiling windows let in a lot of natural light, and I woke up feeling luxurious every morning. The food at Le Plaza was delicious. I had breakfast in the hotel restaurant, and it was one of the best meals I've had in a long time. The service was also excellent. I never had to wait long for anything, and the staff was always friendly and attentive. I injured myself during my stay, and Ashley and the other night staff member, Luis, were very helpful. They gave me first aid supplies and helped me get ice for my injury. I was very grateful for their help. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at Le Plaza. The hotel is beautiful, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the food is delicious. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay. The location of the hotel is great. It's in the heart of the city, close to all the major attractions The hotel offers a variety of room types, so you can find the perfect one for your needs. Probably the worse experience check-in so far! We arrived early and asked politely to the staff what time is the check-in, this particular staff name Tobe M. was very rude and responded at 3pm. So we went around town and came back at 2:50pm to check-in, this staff was very unfriendly saying it was not 3:00pm yet, eventually he let us in. But overall the check-in experience was such a nightmare. Breakfast was good though.

The hotel staff was very polite and the environment was very clean, but the bottom of the toilet in the room was dark and did not seem to be cleaned. The humidity in the room was very heavy and needed to open the window to solve it. But the hotel is in a good location, next door to the supermarket and beautiful riverbank, about 15 minutes walk from the train station, very convenient. Mastropek's autumn is very beautiful, the favorite with polite hotel staff, the overall experience is good, that is, the price of accommodation is a bit high, did not spend so much money feeling. On the other hand, there is a brunch shop selling shellfish near the hotel, good environment and fresh food, very recommended to eat there!

It is not recommended to stay, the stairs are particularly narrow, if you have a box, you can't lift it at all. Breakfast is basically the same as nothing. Do n’t believe it, just try bread and jam, or borrow a restaurant downstairs. I have seen this kind of breakfast for the first time in so many European countries. Definitely not recommended for you to live.

Location was good, breakfast was good.Room,which not facing the main street was Ok.In the beginnig of our vacation we had a room facing main street.It was extremly noisy and hot.Hotel doesn”t have AC.So on the hot days you can”t even open the window because of noise. The reception people were very nice and very helpful for any question and problem.Especially I would like to thank Mercedes,Ettienne and Rashid. Somebody mentioned the pillows - I agree,time to change it. But overall it was Ok.

The hot water pipe will flow out of black water coldly, and it will be gone for a while, which is disgusting. The water temperature is rising and falling, and it is hot. There are actually dogs staying, and dogs bark at 10 o'clock in the evening. Especially bad stay experience.

While the service was good, the cleanliness could be improved (the vanity kit was opened by someone) and, what’s most important - the shower/bath was a COMPLETE MESS. 1) hot water didn’t appear after 10minutes 2) the water in the bathtub was YELLOW. It is simply unacceptable for a hotel with more than one star. Check these things. Never offer a room like that to anyone. Couldn’t take a shower there at all.

Good room, good atmosphere, good service, the breakfast was good and the lunch as well was good. I had a good room with nice cleaning staff, a first time experience in a hotel, and I really liked it. A coming back for sure. No such major issues found. Just minor one, if we could only have a mat on the floor in the bathroom, that would be nice else I used the foot towel for it. I was satisfied and I recommend the hotel for friend, couple or single person.
