NH Brussels Airport

The airport hotel offers a pickup service, and the staff member who helped with my luggage was great! The location is right by the airport, only 5 minutes away! Right outside is the Diegem train station, making it convenient to go anywhere! The soundproofing is excellent, I couldn't hear a thing! The hotel facilities are good, the front desk service is friendly, the gym is in the basement, and the breakfast is plentiful. My only suggestion would be for rooms to also provide bottled water. Overall, highly recommended!!

The hotel is conveniently located directly opposite Diegem train station, making it very close to Brussels Airport. They offer a complimentary airport shuttle service, which is a fantastic perk. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, including a water boiler, which is a great convenience, especially for Chinese travelers.

They have a free shuttle, but you have to contact the hotel beforehand to find out where to catch it. I drove there, and the paid parking was quite convenient. There aren't many food options nearby; you have to walk over ten minutes to find a small supermarket. However, it's very close to the station, right at the entrance.

Overall, it was good.

Very convenient location, not far from the airport and within walking distance of the station. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff are friendly.

Cleanliness: Spotless Facilities: Comprehensive Service: Absolutely outstanding! Even outside of shuttle bus hours, they went above and beyond by arranging a taxi to pick us up from the airport. The hotel is right next to the train station with direct links to the city center – incredibly convenient and the closest hotel to it!
