I love this area of Brussels; it's much calmer compared to the streets around the Grand Place. This isn't my first time staying at this hotel, and I have to say I've noticed a decline. In the past, they would provide a bathrobe and slippers upon request, but now it's just slippers. The breakfast has also gotten significantly worse. It was the first time in my life I've seen cherry tomatoes served cut in half. There was only one type of pastry, and the juice was watered down, among other things. The contrast was particularly stark compared to a hotel of the same chain in Bologna, where I had stayed just a couple of days prior, at the same price point.

Grateful that staff immediately helped with the few steps at the entrance. All the receptionists were very pleasant. The French female staff member was bright, attentive, and impressive. I was able to comfortably spend the last days of my year living in Belgium. Thank you very much.

Even though it was a very last-minute, one-night stay, my reservation was handled perfectly, and I had no issues with the cleanliness of the room. The hotel isn't far from the station and is conveniently close to many restaurants and bars.

While the hotel felt a bit dated, it was immaculately maintained, so I didn't experience any inconvenience during my stay. I especially appreciated the male staff member at check-in who spoke excellent Spanish; his bright energy was so welcoming it made me forget all about my travel fatigue. Thank you!

The location is a bit far from the city center, and it's about a 10-minute walk to the nearest subway station. Overall, it was an okay experience.

The location is decent and the room is spacious, but I had to ask for shower gel and coffee refills. Toothbrushes and toothpaste were often not provided. The water pressure could definitely be improved; it would be much better if it were stronger.

My stay was all good. The staff was friendly and the location was well-served by public transport. Unfortunately, there was a strike on the day of my arrival, so I ended up arriving a day later. I had a non-refundable booking, but I still tried to ask for a refund for the first night. Neither Trip.com nor the hotel was able to accommodate my request.
