The jacuzzi Jets were not working, but for the most part everything else was good. Also, the sauna was closed.

Room was clean. Elevator was a little loud and busy. Location of hotel was literally perfect for our needs and staff was fantastic.

The room was dark, some of the lights didn’t work, the closet door was hanging askew. The chain for the draw down room shade broke. We reported all and nothing was done. "Room service" emptied the trash and changed the tiwels but did not make the beds or vacuum the carpet. Our poorest experience with a marroit bonvoy hotel.

Did not have amenities listed. Pillows were horrible. Lighting in room non existent. Heat or air does not work. Got over heated and sick. No ev charger as listed so it threw all.of our plans out the window. Would not stay again.

No complimentary breakfast like stated hot tub didn’t work both nights of stay and I specifically booked hotel for hot tub because I had a bad back and the bar charged me $20 for a shot I feel a normal person would earn a shot being $20

The room was very clean. Staff was very nice. Restaraunt was a bit pricey but the food was DELICIOUS and drinks tasty. They allowed us to have a lake checkout no problem. Also reg checkout is 12. Most places are 11. Id def stay here again.
