Ein sehr sehr gutes Hotel. Die King Size Betten von Holiday Inn Express & Suites sind mit die besten, die es in USA / Kanada gibt. Und die Klimaanlagen eine der leisesten. Der Aufenthalt war sehr erholsam. Top!

Great location, spacious updated and clean room, good breakfast options- Eva went above and beyond keeping the area well stocked and clean. Such a hard worker. Have stayed here in the past and would stay again.

Exceptional stay!
Wonderful, wonderful! Super comfy bed - even liked one of the pillows and I always bring my own. The room was nice and dark with the shade in a track all the way around the window - nice! Exceptional hot breakfast with little things like covering the cinnamon rolls so they don't dry out. So many different hot items and they were replaced promptly. It was delicious!
We wish we could have stayed longer than one night but we will be back whenever we go to a Brewer game!

Absolutely Not
When the day shift manager casually asked if we would consider staying at this hotel again, my daughter’s immediate response—“Absolutely not”—perfectly summed up our experience.
We arrived around 11 PM to find the front desk completely unattended. There was no note, sign, or information about when staff would return. Other waiting guests mentioned they had been waiting over 30 minutes and advised me to knock on a door in the back corner. After waiting about 20 minutes ourselves, I knocked—only then did someone finally appear. The staff member who checked us in was not only unapologetic but outright rude.
Also feel that we got the worst room in the whole place.
Overall, the lack of professionalism, poor service, and the dismissive attitude of the staff made for an incredibly frustrating experience. We will not be returning.

Great staff and comfortable and spacious room. Pillows were quite soft for me, not room service was a little bit disappointing since the area around doesn’t have any offers for dinner. Overall good place to stay.

It’s a very weird property and the rooms are hard to find. Breakfast was horrible. Beds were clean. Water pressure is horrible.
