Not handicap friendly!
The room was tiny with the layout making it impossible to navigate the room in my wheelchair. I'm a Amputee and take my prosthetic off to sleep, when i wake up at night I'm relying on my wheelchair. Had to always put my leg on just to get around room. Listed on website as a handicap accessible room! Didn't have any other room available.

Towneplace is my Favorite place
Towneplace -Brookfield, WI is a destination in itself! The management and staff devote themselves to making your stay the very best possible. Suites are well designed, clean; well furnished, nice kitchen, with housekeeping always available. Amazing breakfast. Evening snacks. Coffee always hot and available.

The fitted sheets on our bed in main bedroom was dirty/stained but no problem getting it switched out.
The drain in shower was clogged and standing in water while showering. However we still say it’s a 5!

It was a Great stay! Quiet, Clean and Safe! Everything about this stay was good! Sarah at the front desk was very pleasant and welcoming! They provide a nice breakfast with different options daily. Heated pool, small snacks for purchase in their front area.They put out popcorn and cookies each evening. Pool closes at 8, to keep things calm and family friendly, which is good! Everything was great!
Great, Great, Great! One of our rooms smelled like someone cooked some spicy food and the smell lingered but we kept the room because it was clean! No other complaints! Great stay!
