Bathroom was dirty with assorted hair on the floor. Bathroom sink as well. Beds were ok. Remote on tv worked when it wanted to. Looked good in lobby. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Not worth $95 a night
Not a clean hotel. Carpets are dirty and overall lack of cleanliness. Extremely limited breakfast. My patio door to the second floor balcony did not have a working lock. Was told this would be fixed and it never happened. I didn't feel safe.

It was fine for what I needed it to be! My room was clean but not thoroughly cleaned. Found many stray hairs in my bed even though they were supposed to be new sheets. Bathroom and surrounding areas in the room were clean. I had a few gnats flying around in my room that I wasn’t sure how they were there. Breakfast was fine but nothing fancy. For a 3 star hotel you could say it is what you would expect!

The property is very innocuous and clean looking outside. Some of the inside fixtures and finishes are worn. My room had some serious water damaged ceiling areas... the taping on the drywall was bulging. Below that, the rim was clean and comfortable.

We stayed Thursday to Sunday and immediately identified the bathroom sink had no water coming out. I went to the front desk immediately they said someone would come to fix it.... no one showed up. Every day i complained that we had to buy bittled water to wash our hands and face, and brush our teeth. No one ever showed up. I asked for a discount refund (not even demanding a full refund) now I'm being told they will have to discuss with upper management and call me. They are ridiculous....same run around i got being a guest at their hotel. Never again will i stay here.

The hotel was great. The only issue was checkin. System was down and it didn’t come back up. One staff member said he couldn’t do anything until system was back up - which it still was not up 8 hours later. One staff member did allow us to check in manually thankfo.

Went to the hotel "market" asked how much everything was. Employee was on his personal phone and he said it's different. Asked about candy bar prices told small ones were $2. Go to ring out and it's almost $7. Questioned the price and was told these weren't the candy bars that were $2. Long story short, he refused to get off his phone to assist, wouldn't honor the price, wouldn't check back for more of the supposed smaller candy bars, and lastly said my request for a manager wasn't allowed.
